BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

"Impressed with registration process and timely confirmations of assigned time window. Reality of assigned 3-4 pm window was to get a text at 3:33 pm saying the tech would arrive at 4:02-4:32 pm with a helpful link showing a map of where the tech was vs my location. At 3:55, I stepped away from my phone for 15 mins thinking I had plenty time plus I'd provided detailed instructions of how to get into my building during registration. At 3:58 a text comes to my phone (not on me) that the tech has arrived. Again at 3:58 another text says the tech can't find me and to please call. Five mins later at 4:03 pm a third text says, sorry we missed you, let's reschedule. So I waited for you for an hour window then was flexible when you said it'd be up to 32 mins later and you gave me 5 mins to respond and never called me or tried to enter my building? A complete waste of time!"

MISS-DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM

"WRONG DIAGNOSE. Problem: My KitchenAid subzero refrigerator was not cold.Technician (from PULS) told me that the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. I want to make a good decision so I called other technician from different company (NOT PULS) to diagnose the problem and he found that the inverter/controller board was bad - NO POWER GOING TO THE COMPRESSOR. The goal as customer, we choose this apps Company like PULS to provide us with knowledgeable technician to sharply diagnose the problem. This PULS company is not credible to find knowledge person to fix the problem. However, I called customer service, a person answered my phone after 30 minutes on hold to nicely request that my money to be refunded for mis-diagnosed. PULS refused to honor my request. It is SAD. I will not call this company again for future repair NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE."

Overcharged!

"I was quoted $130 for 2 men and 2 hours. I received 1 hour for 1 man and was charged $140. I tried contacting Puls by email and after 5 days, still no response. I feel like I got totally ripped off."

"I called Puls on Wednesday late morning to schedule someone to look at my washing machine. They confirmed a tech would be on-site that evening between 7-8 pm. At 6 pm I received a text stating the tech was not available but could be onsite the following day at 4:00 pm. I responded to the text and agree. I received a text confirmation early the next day stating the tech would be there between 4-5. I waited until close to 5:30 and text asking for a status. No response. As of noon on Friday I still had not received a phone call, email nor text. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Puls. "

Puls service fails.

"A month ago the Puls Technologies Inc. sent a refrigerator repairman to fix my Frigidaire Gallery's ice and water dispenser. He admitted up front he had never worked on this model before. By the time he left, the problem was actually worse plus two additional parts now needed replacement to the tune of more than $500.

I called Puls customer service 4 times over a 2 week period and sent 4 emails in 3 weeks including a complete documentation of all the pertinent events. I received plenty of lip service about rectifying the problem but no actual service.

Puls service guarantee means nothing. Puls customer service does nothing, and Puls repair is in dire need of repair itself. I'm 70 and disabled. If I had money to spare, I'd sue Puls. All I've ever asked for is the service they advertise.

Never, ever rely on Puls.

**** Poor

"I had Puls come out to repair a refrigerator approximately 4 weeks ago. After $277.00, the repair did not fix the problem but I was told they have a 90 day warranty on all of their repairs. I called and I had to go through a “guarantee approval” process which took about a week. I scheduled my follow up appointment for 01 Oct 19, 0800-0900 in which I took leave from work. I was waiting and waiting so I finally call them. While I was on hold, I receive a call from Puls saying that they are booked and cannot make it out. I informed them that I took time off of work. They responded by offering the next day, 02 Oct 19. I once again told them that this was unacceptable because I cannot two consecutive days off of work. They said that they would try to get someone out that day and they would give me a call back. After 5 hours of waiting and leaving a request for call back I have heard nothing. I am sitting here on hold. Yes, a day of leave is wasted. Beware! They do not have a 90 warranty on their services. They cancel on you if they are not going to make anymore money off of you. It is a total scam! "
