"I called them for a fridge repair - they said they had to change out the thermostat. Which they did. Once done...my fridge was not only not repaired...it is worse then before. Plus I called them three times to come back...which they have said they would send someone else out to fix our fridge. Never happened. Go with a certified brand repair person. SKip these guys. "

Rescheduled and got the same outcome. 40 min prior to the show up time they cancelled again with the same lame excuse. Twice I have taken time off work to get this washer repair taken done. "Had a Puls technician install my tv above my fireplace. I pointed out several times that it doesn't seem centered to me but the technician kept reassuring me that he measured it correctly and that it is definitely mounted centered. After he left I measured it myself and sure enough it's 1.5" off. Reached out to their support & was told that they could send a technician back out at an additional cost of $59. WHAT A JOKE!"

A little after 3:00 they call to say they couldn’t find a technician and asked if they could try and find one for tomorrow. I can look for technicians and make a definite appointment myself!"
"Our oven had an f10 error code: it kept over heating. Called Puls to get a diagnosis. Tech showed up a day after original appointment. No big deal. He came in, turned on the oven, watched it for a few minutes and gave the diagnosis: bad temperature probe(he said the heating element was going bad too). $565 to fix. I politely declined knowing i could fix it myself (or buy a new oven for that price). I Changed the temperature probe and still had an over heating oven and resulting f10 error code. Looked online, discovered you can diagnose with a multimeter- the tech didn’t do this. The tech actually didn’t really do any diagnosis, he didn’t even take the back panel off the oven! he simply guessed what our problem was. Turns out the temp probe was fine. It was our control board that was bad. When i took the back panel off- the back of the control board was fried. Obviously that was the issue. I swapped the control board out with a new one, now the oven works fine. After contacting customer support- all they did was give us a run around bouncing us back and forth between departments, and emailing us that they can’t give a refund- despite sending photo evidence that they were wrong.
Terrible technician. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. "
