Absolutely use Puls before using Cell Doc

"Used Cell Doc the first time to fix my screen. I had to call, wait a week for them to order a new screen, drop off my phone, wait 2 hours (was supposed to be 1 hour), and paid over $200. The screen never sat exactly right in the frame but I dealt with it. After a month or so, the screen would increasingly stop functioning or turn to all static (think of when you'd lose signal on your TV in the 80s). Eventually, I couldn't get it to come back from all static. Went to the mall to make the fix it and there was a different (but similarly scammy looking) cell phone repair company in their kiosk.

So I reached out to Puls. I hadn't considered them previously because I assumed anyone who came to you would be outrageously expensive. I scheduled an appointment same day for them to come to me at my office, the technician (Cavour) showed up an hour early (with my permission), took 10 minutes to replace the screen, and I paid only $120 via a text message link. And the screen feels like when I pulled it out of the box the first time instead of it falling out of the frame. And Cavour was extremely professional and very friendly.

The only qualm I have with Puls is that they're not doing enough marketing so I ended up in the hands of Cell Doc the first time!

Great Experience

"I have a 70 inch tv that my wife has been wanting to have mounted for a couple of years in which I was not comfortable doing myself. Scheduled with puls the day prior. They sent Fred who did an amazing job. He was done in about 30 minutes. Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them."

"We have literally had to call PULS 15 times to have a technician come out to fix the damage the first PULS employee did to my 70 year old Father’s refrigerator. This is our story......We live in McKinney,TX. My 70 year old Father made a huge mistake and booked these bozos. They sent out a shady looking character with dreads to my Father’s home to fix our refrigerator because it wasn’t cooling. The employee actually left our home without ensuring that the fridge was cooling. The fridge was even worse the next day. I called PULS customer service and told them we absolutely didn’t want the first technician to come back. They agreed! What did they end up doing? They sent out the SAME technician. He continued to damage the fridge. After the 13th call I lost my cool. I screamed at the poor dispatcher who explained that it was almost impossible for her to reach their supervisors or supposed technicians. This is a sham of a company. They sent out a third “Expert Technician “ who verbally told us that the first technician did damage to our fridge, but he didn’t fix the problem either! The fridge is still broken. I want you guys to send out a technician and honor your 90 day warranty to fix our refrigerator. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service. And for you to put senior citizens through this kind of a hassle just shows how shady PULS is as a company."

Terrible company

"They postponed the appointment seberal times, when finally arrived it was something simple, one of my guest turn off diswasher wall switch and that's why it didn't work. Tech wants to charge only for the visit $85, but company instructed him to charge as a normal repair $150 i will never used this company again and i will tell my friends not to used it."

Amazing !!!! Worth every penny

"Craig was great. Arrived on time, 15 minutes earlier actually I was on my way home from work. Used all the tools accordingly. Leveled the tv perfectly on my drywall.
My 50” looks beautiful on the wall. So happy that now my move is officially complete. Thank you ! Puls will definitely be recommended
