"Dropped my phone once and the screen Puls Just Installed 2 weeks ago cracked on my iPhone 8. It was ike a 3ft drop too, so not far. Not original parts and it shows. But I guess you get what you pay for. Probably worth the extra $60 bucks to get an original iPhone glass that’s made with Gorilla glass and not one of these cheap replacements Puls sells, inmho."

Let me start of by saying that I woke up this morning with the goal of having my TV mounted in my living room before leaving out of town tomorrow for a month. I found Puls by simply searching "same day TV mounting nearby" (that is the ONLY reason I considered this company) as I was looking for something super fast and convenient. I had scheduled an appointment for 4pm-5pm, and received an email of confirmation. Around 4:30pm I had called customer service to see where my technician was at the time. I was then informed that he would be arriving in the next 35 minutes which would have made made the arrival 5:35pm. I was a little frustrated at this time because I was not notified that the technician would be late. Around 5pm I received a text from the technician himself that stated that he had just left and was on his way and that he would arrive within the next hour, which would have made the arrival 6pm. At 6:17 with no update or communication at all between me and Puls customer service nor the technician I called the customer service line again. I was then offered a 50% percent discount after being transferred to a "supervisor" and telling him my frustrations. He had then guaranteed me that the technicians would arrive no later than 7pm. Its now around 6:45 when I receive a call from customer service and informed that the technician would not make the it to my place by 7pm and that they pushed the appointment to 9pm. Not even 10 minutes later I receive a second call stating the then again bad news... Communication I clearly not a key factor with this company nor is it required to work for such a company. I refuse to let the agent I am speaking with hangup as I am infuriated and want to speak to hirer authority. Throughout this process it has been very difficult for the customer service representatives to contact supervisors, which again is such a huge issue for a company tp have. I am then talking to a supervisor by the name of Sirin (or so he provided me with this name) I ask him who the CEO of the company is and get the response of "I am not allowed to disclose that information", first of all you have to disclose that information as it is illegal to withhold this. Second of all the guy didn't even know who the CEO was! I inform him that it is illegal to withhold that information and he then puts me on hold for 10 minutes, finally after getting back on the line, he informs me that he is trying to get ahold of the technician department. I, again, ask him for the CEOs name and he then tells me that I can go to the website and find it there. What kind of customer service is that?! Not good at all. I remain on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and calling again. I will say the last representative I had talked to and gotten to transfer me to another supervisor was very kind and understanding. That was the only person who provided me with what I needed without any issues, I didn't catch her name. I was transferred to the supervisor for the final time and was on the line with him for an hour! Still got nothing resolved... At the beginning of the call he guaranteed that I would have the technician at my house at 9pm and the service would then be complimentary due to all of the chaos on Puls's end. I then asked him to confirm this time via email as I do not trust a word that is said on behalf of Puls at this point. He puts me on hold checking back with me periodically for over 35 minutes. Finally he gets back on the line and informs me that the technician is not responding and that they have to cancel the service request, it is now 9pm and the service that was confirmed for 4pm earlier today 5 HOURS ago, was just now cancelled. This is insane, the lack of communication and experience with everyone I have been in contact with in the company of Puls is beyond acceptable. I have waited patiently for over 5 hours today, canceled a huge meeting so that I would have time to get this service done and turned my living room upside down so that these technicians would have the space to do what they had to do. ALL FOR NOTHING. I am livid and beyond disappointed and quite frankly still in shock at how unprofessional and uneducated this company is. I was lead on for five house of my day, that I will never get back, for me to be informed that the service was cancelled?! I will make sure that none of my following nor the people I know in LA will ever use this service nor recommend this to anyone. I don't understand how a company can false advertise and lie to the customers face and still have a legal running company. I will make sure toilet my friends know the whole situation at the Better Business Bureau and will take all possible actions to have this publicly known as a complete and utter scam! I would like to speak to one of the head founders of this company and will not stop until I have done so."

"Puls kept me informed of who was coming and when. He arrived at the time slot promised and was ver professional and efficient. TV was mounted quickly although there were a couple of items that I wouldn’t have known how to tackle if I had been on my own. I’m glad I called them on that same day for the service call. "

"Not only did the company take over a week to find a technician to complete the job in Columbus, OH. The first technician, James, was awful. He rushed through everything, took terrible measurements, mounted the TV insecurely and way too high, all around had no idea what he was doing. The company then agreed to send out a new technician to fix the awful first attempt, his name was Bilal, and he was FANTASTIC. One of the best experiences we've had with any in home company. Kind, considerate, patient and did a truly immaculate job.
Moral of the story: don't assume you will get a same day or even same week appointment and do some serious research on the tech they send you.
(And if you're in Columbus, beg them to send you Bilal)"

"So I’ve used them before for my iPhone 7 my screen got cracked and the guy replaced day he left a little spot that look like a light in my phone. I didn’t say anything couple months later cracked my screen again I called them again to fix it I waited a whole day for them to tell me that my tech wasn’t coming so they gave me $10 off..
