"I’m giving 2 stars just because he finished hangin the TV. My appointment was scheduled at 10am. At 10am I got a text message that the guy won’t come till 12pm. That messed up the schedule of my day. Fine. The guy came by himself to hang 75” tv. I asked for tilting bracket, he brought swivel and not the one I requested. Since he came by himself I had to help him lift the tv with my broken wrist. The guy didn’t even bring a tool box. He brought a backpack and 2 plastic bags, he had to borrow my electric drill, he didn’t even have a pencil to mark where to drill the holes. He didn’t even plug my tv back in, he just left all the wires on the floor and he didn’t clean up after himself. Overall terrible service, if it wasn’t for my broken wrist I would’ve done a way better job myself. "

Amazing same day service

Horrible missed appointments

"Was rescheduled 4 times poor customer experience. Your high ratings on ad dont match your Google responses all saying same missed appointments. Still waiting on my Friday appointment which was originally scheduled for Tuesday. Called a real high rated company which tech came out and fixed it. "

Mounting Service (Same Day)- Superb tech!

"I found this company on FB today 2/2/19 and after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try, TODAY. The online scheduling was sooo easy. It provided me with a quote so there were no surprises (I actually spent LESS than what I was quoted because I selected an option that I didn’t need). They sent me a text message confirming my same day appointment (which was literally 2 hours from the time I scheduled online) and they also sent a text when my tech was on the way and when he arrived.

My tech, John E. was so professional. He arrived ON TIME; explained the best options for our 55” TV mount over our stoned fireplace. He did a superb job!!! I highly recommend John E.

Terrible experience - STAY AWAY

"I should have known better when the original technician failed to show. After PULS intervened he decided to show up more than an hour later. He asked me to pay CASH for a LOWER PRICE, which is a total FRAUD. The request was so that he could keep the money. After I paid with CREDIT CARD, he proceeded to say that we should call him personally for all repairs. Since the SHODDY PARTS used caused the device to break again immediately, I had the tech come out again (after he missed 3 more appointments). He charged me $20 for the repair...which broke THE NEXT DAY!! He has made 2 more promises to come out that haven't been kept. I'm contacting the BBB and disputing on my card. They contract with criminals as far as I'm concerned."

Horrible Customer Service

"Firstly I booked the service weeks ago and at my fault last minute for the next day. So when I was told that they could not find a technician, I was fine with rescheduling for a later date. However the company dragged me on for 4 more rescheduling only to cancel my entire appointment. With no reason and no remorse, Horrible service would not recommend to anyone. Waste of time."

Impressed!

"Was rearranging my apartment on a Saturday night and around 2am I decided I wanted my TVs mounted on the walls. I looked up mounting services online and found these guys. I sure am happy I did! I saw same day but figured since it was 2am I wouldn have to wait but until Monday but I set the appointment for Sunday anyways. They confirmed back by 3am and I was all set. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job, very quick as well. Highly recommended "

"Over charged for everything. Parts and especially labor. Plus the technician lied to me. He said trust him, but the next thing out of his mouth was a lie. Will never use this company again. Stay away. "
