I used their one time service and paid its invoice however they enrolled me into monthly their service plan without my permission nor notification then start charging monthly fee so I complained the charge and asked them to terminate it then they also charged the cancellation fee along with other extra charge (discount fee + another month charge). I never waned to be enrolled into their service program and not even knew about it. I clearly said NO to offering from their repair technician contractor. Why should I have to pay for the fee and charges that I never purchased? This is what they are sustaining their business and it is nothing but fraud. They also illegally used my credit card number for this charge. I never provided my credit card numbers. If you want to fall into their scamming trap, then don’t mind to try them. Please stay away"

I had a service for my washer. The guy told me that, it is working fine and In the future The suspension rods needs to be replaced. I have been charged extra for deposit for parts which is not described in the receipt. No body contacted me about that parts at all. The main reason I’ve have scheduled the service for remain same. My machine is not working. When I contacted them their customer services they told me the diagnostic service is not under guarantee and I have to pay for the suspension rods and labour for further service. The confusing part is my machine is not working why do I need the suspension rods. it is not related at all. And I have been told I am going to be called by a supervisor and nobody called me back. Company is little Cigdem and their customer services is horrible."
"GO ELSEWHERE! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF! Our dryer blew the thermal fuse and it needed to be replaced. We were quoted $249 for this service which included replacing the hose. While we all know that a fuse costs no more than $10 (and a hose even less), I didn't know how to do it and I wanted it done fast. BIG MISTAKE. After three visits spanning one week, we were charged $365 dollars! No explanation as to why it was significantly higer than the quote. The company refuses to refund anything. They could not explain why the cost was so high and didn't even know the tech visited us 3 separate times. Please please contact your local appliance servicer. They may not be able to get out there the same day, but they care about their community and their reputation. Puls clearly does not. The technician seemed nervous and anxious and spend most of his time watching videos on his phone how to do the repair. A total shoddy operation altogether."

"My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and I needed it repaired the same day. I chose Puls because they said a technician would come by. If I chose to get my refrigerator fixed, they'd deduct the $89 diagnostic fee from my final bill.
From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time my technician arrived, I received back to back emails and texts pushing me to sign up for a yearly plan. I was not interested, so I never joined. In one of the many spam-like messages I received, I was informed that I did not need to make a decision at that moment because my technician would go over the benefits of getting the yearly plan. My technician fixed my refrigerator and never spoke of any plans. I signed a form allowing him to work on my fridge and another when I provided payment--nothing about joining any memberships. When I received my receipt, a charge for one of their plans was added on and the $89 was not deducted from my final bill. I never consented to being charged for any membership. I reached out to support, responding to every email they sent me the day of. A week later I hadn't heard anything back, so I emailed them again. I received an email stating they couldn't cancel the membership that I never consented to purchasing because it was a part of their policies that I had to wait 11 months to have it canceled. This fraudulent charge for this membership isn't even 30 days old."

"If i could give this company a -400 stars I would. I was told that I need a new drainage pump for my washer. I was quoted a charge of $350 for this. I am fully aware that a drainage pump is at the very most, $40 and it is an easy job of changing it. I was told that I would have to pay the $79 upfront that day even though on the website it states that I would not have to pay until the job was finished. I have been asking all week for a breakdown of what I am being charged and could not get an answer. They keep saying that they are looking for the part and will get back to me. I could go buy a part today its not hard to find. I think they thought I was a sucker and was going to over charge me for a simple drainage pump change. I am super frustrated because I wasted my $79 and I want it back!!!!!"
"Puls sent a tech who literally destroyed my bathroom. Estimate to repair is about $18000. Puls acknowledged how bad the work is and said they are really sorry, but they won’t pay for ANY of the repair work. Do NOT use them."
"I called them to have my dishwasher inspected to determine the problem and repair options. They then set my up with a repair technician to come out and do just that. At that point all was normal except he showed up very late and I literally had about 15 minutes before I had to go to work so as he told me the problem and the cost I had to have him leave due to no real time to talk over anything else. I also asked if the it was a warranty item due to the fact the dishwasher was less than a year old .The tech either lied or was just incompetent and said no it wasn’t.Due to the inspection telling me it’s not covered I called Puls back to have them come back and do the repair of the dishwasher. so again they sent out the same tech and again late he looked at it again and said Yep still broken and said he would order the part and call me and be back Monday with the part to fix it . Well this time instead of being late he did a no call no show. I had someone there all day waiting. And it went over a whole week with no call text or anything. I then called Whirlpool and they fix it for free because he said it was under warranty, and basically everything was because it was less than a year old .So the Puls tech was totally wrong with the inspection. I called the Puls to ask about this and at the very least get my inspection money back due to it being incompetent and the repair was not offered as said they would. They said no even though they are completely in the wrong. This is a horrible company, so use them if you choose but you have been warned "
