Don't give them your credit card !

"I used this company in 2018. Never signed for automatic payment. All the sudden in 2020 started taking money from my account. Spoke to manager multiple times... I was told they will fix issue, nothing happened. I am going to bank to stop payment."

No call, no show

"I booked online for a time slot for a freezer that wasn't working. The app confirmed the time slot. I even called and spoke with someone to confirm that time was OK and was assured yes.

The time slot came and went, so I called and they told me they were unable to find a technician. My primary complaint is that they never called/messaged to inform me of this. I also do not think you should be allowed to sign up for a time slot online unless it is available.

Find another service

"Please find another service! I was originally scheduled for yesterday. The tech called before my appointment window to inform me he was an hour behind on all jobs. So that would only push my appointment back an hour. After an hour and a half I texted and asked for an eta. He said he was waiting for a customer before me to show up and I was next. I told him I'd rather just cancel because it was getting dark and the surprise was for my husband who would be getting off of work soon. He told me he would check with that customer and call me right back. He called in under a minute and said he was on the way and 26 minutes away from me. I let almost 40 minutes pass and called him to ask if he was close. He literally told me he was still at the last job because the customer ended up showing up. How crazy is that!!!??? Very untrustworthy. I called and spoke with a rep who said he would send a report and that the tech never informed them he was behind. He proceeds to rescheduled me for today and offered $10 off for the inconvenience. So here I am today, waiting and the app never updated to show the tech assignment, so I call back. They are trying to get me to reschedule again to "possibly" find another Tech that can come later today because there is no one available right now. Last night I specifically asked to not be placed with Emmanuel because of his untrustworthy behavior, so I guess there is no one else available in this area. All of this time wasted!!! I had to write a review to try to save others the trouble! Of course I just asked the rep to cancel. "

Horrible experience

"Horrible experience! Two main issues. First, we contacted puls to install a TV bracket with some mobility, when the technician installed it said it was a bad one but he was going to give us the price of a fixed bracket which is cheaper. One of the four screws did not go all the way in, the bracket does not have mobility, it just falls back down. In the end we did not like how the TV is always tilted down so we contacted puls to get a refund or replaced and noting.
Second, same technician installed a smart thermostat but obviously he does not have any knowledge: old thermostats works with 4 wires whereas newer thermostats works with 5. He installed the thermostat with 4 wires and the compressor never kicked in. We had to contact a A/C technician who had to run a 5 wire-cable. They said they were going to refund but we haven’t received any confirmation, I even told them I could send the receipt from the AC guy and nothing.
We have contacted puls about these issues and they just simply play stupid, taking us for granted. On the first issue, puls replies the issue is going to be escalated, that they are going to contact us (which they never do).
Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

Awesome Quick Service from Chad

"Chad was quick and super efficient when it came to mounting my 65 inch TV. I'm happy I decided to go through Puls instead of waiting a month for Geek Squad to come out. Chad stayed in contact with me before he arrived for my appointment -all together a great service and I recommend Chad when needing your TV mounted!"

Great Service

"The door to my Bosch Dishwasher was broken - it flopped down whenever we opened it. It turns out that the rope & pulley system had failed on one side. I guess Bosch decided that this was a bad design, and came up w a totally different approach to fix it. The tech figured out the new approach, got the new replacement parts, and installed them quickly and efficiently."

"They came to repair and let the dishwasher in worse condition. Now it doesn't work at all, and it smelled a cable burning, probably a short circuit. Please refund our money; we will not use them again. "
