Quick and simple

"We’ve mounted our own TVs before but when it came to our 70 inch we wanted to make sure it was installed perfectly. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly. The TV looks great!"

Waste of your time.

"This is an absolute waste of your time. I scheduled an appointment, which was confirmed by puls, an hour before the appointment I received a text that I needed to reschedule for mother day and time. I took off of work because the appointment had been confirmed. I called customer service, which is an offshore call center, they were disarticulate, rude, and unhelpful, evasive at best. This has been an utter waste of my tim and cost me a day of work. I do not recommend you even bother with trying this. Find a local company and technician. Keep our money here!"

Very Good Experience

"Never heard of PULS but when our GE double wall over would not heat and an error message appeared in the digital screen we needed a repair person ASAP. Last night we hosted 6 friends who all had their vaccines a month ago and who’d been cloistered, like us, for the past almost year at home. When the oven broke, the night before last we contacted GE online and they had a date a few days from now available. We called our regular local guy Scotty and got a recorded message that he was sick. Then we contacted PULS.com at 5 pm and Fuad was here before 8 pm the night before last.

He was a gentleman, well-spoken and appliance knowledgeable! He said the first thing tO do was reset the oven computer by turning on/off our circuit breaker. BINGO. No more error code. He had to charge us their very reasonable fee which we happily paid and he assured us that he’d be available for urgent future repairs of a number of our appliances. He saved us a bundle by not replacing the oven’s sensors. HONEST.

We will try PULS again.

"John, my service technician was able to fix my phone. He went above and beyond to ensure my phone had the right parts to make the necessary repairs despite me making a mistake by giving him the wrong phone model. I am impressed with this company and the very affordable rates they charge. I highly recommend Puls for phone repairs and any service they provide."

Bait and Switch

"This company is a joke, when I booked my appointment the gal named Patty Buie mentioned their $79 Plus membership. I said I was not interested in it, but she sent me emailed information anyway. The installation went fine, but they added this program into my cost which I never agreed to. Upon contacting customer service they were not of any help. We are filing a chargeback with Discover for fraud.

Follow up, they emailed saying they will not refund it claiming the technician went over the charge with me. This was a lie from the tech AND Puls. Pure trash company.

This company is a joke!

"I had a simple fix with a kid lock. They had a guy come out had us order the wrong part that cost 46 dollars and we could not even refund it. The second guy came out and couldn’t even tell we had the wrong part in place from the last guy and took the entire thing apart trying to tell us the “brains” of the washer are bad and we need to order a new “motherboard” I called and was so mad told them there’s no way and instead on that they broke it. Well in fact we had a mother come out (not this terrible company) and tell us it was the lid lock and we just had the wrong part and the mother board is fine! I would have Spent 300 on a part that was not NEEDED! Their best tech couldn’t even figure o ur a simple fix that took this new company o fix within an hour!! "
