I recently ordered a $49.95 bottle of supplements from another online retailer and was charged $9.95 shipping rather than their $7.95 beginning shipping costs because the total purchase price was over $25 and their minimum order total for "Free Shipping" was $125. Believe me, if I could have purchased the same product from PureFormulas or another site that wasn't asking me to subsidize shipping for one bottle of pills, I would have.
I was also impressed with the speed of delivery of my order. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and despite the terrible winter weather the package was delivered on Saturday morning! I've waited 10 days or more for other vitamins site "Free Shipping" to deliver my order, so know I am superbly pleased with my experience at PureFormulas.
The only suggestion I make, to the site, would be offering more robust search functionality. Presently the site is easy to use if one knows precisely what to look for but does not make it easy for customers to look for products with certain criteria. Also, please make certain that ingredient and nutrition data is listed for ALL products. I would never purchase a product without examining the label and contents."
