"I ordered a Black Bunker BM8, received ok. When I opened the inner box there was no Muzzle Cover. The label on the inner box only shows only 3(three) items rifle, case, muzzle cover. Customer service said no individual parts send the whole kit back, OK. First the new kit was sent to the WRONG address. I opened the kit at the post office, no MUZZLE BREAK AND BREECH PROTECTIVE COVER."

It says my return was delivered Aug 27th and it is now Aug 29th still no refund deposit....so maybe change you 1day refund processing experience to 4 days or 7 days. I've had to contact their customer support on 3 occasions, none of which was their fault. All 3 times had extremely fast response times and and answered/ addressed any concerns I had.
