During the 10 months of working with Adina, she maintained a positive attitude and effective working relationship with us. She demonstrated resourceful time management skills with a keen sense of attention to detail which eliminated the possibility of even further delays. Although these difficult circumstances existed, she addressed the barriers and effectively and efficiently communicated and collaborated with WetStyle identifying the problems on their end on several occasions. She addressed and advised us of our options providing us amply time to consider all the options we had to ensure we were getting what we wanted. Adina’s assistance was critical in the resolution of our order resolving in our final decision to return our money for inadequate products from WetStyle.
Unfortunately, this lengthly time frame was caused by a lack of oversight in the Quality Control division and Shipping department from WetStyle. Although, there is credit given for trying from WetStyle. The products that did arrive, with no flaws, were excellent. We wish they could have all been.
Adina’s professionalism, followup, timely execution and concern were absolutely remarkable. She ensured orders were submitted timely, effectively addressed the company and represented and advocated for our best interest and concerns. Ensuring we were completely satisfied with the final resolution. Adina’s efforts to maintain focus, patience and flexibility were absolutely beyond reproach, contributing directly to Quality Baths success of excellence for Consumer Service.

"The other morning I was about to take a shower. As I turned on the shower I immediately heard a whistling noise followed by a "Big Bang". Something had really gone amiss in the shower head. Rather than the normal rain dance experience I had come to expect from the Hansgrohe E300 showered with its 168 jets, I was confronted with a lot of dribbling water and a few operating jets.
I placed a call to Quality Bath and spoke with Jack, who had helped me with my original order back in November of 2018. I explained what had taken place and he told me that the matter would be rectified. He transferred me to Lea in "returns". I introduced myself to Lea, and she patiently listened as I explained what I had experienced. She asked that I just send in a short video of the shower head in operation, as well as the original order number (which Jack had already given me just a few minutes earlier). Lea then contacted Hansgrohe and reported the problem. The following day I was contacted by Lea to learn that a new replacement shower head was being shipped directly to me from Hansgrohe and that I'de have it in just a few days. The whole issue was handled professionally and expeditiously by Quality Bath and their fantastic team. A big thanks to Jack and Lea at Quality Bath, as well as Hansgrohe for making this experience a very pleasant one.

"I bought the Dreamline Sapphire Shower Door from Quality Bath. Price was the best I could find online. I had some technical problems getting the door to fit and Dreamline technical support team was responsive and did everything possible to assist, including sending extra parts. Customer Support at Quality Bath was also needed and they were very prompt in getting back to my request for assistance and solved my issue very quickly and to my full satisfaction. Shipping was via a freight delivery company and it was relatively quick and easy. Although delivery was supposed to be to curbside only, the driver offered and assisted by moving it into my garage.
I would definitely use Quality Bath again!"

"During my bathroom renovation, my general contractor informed me to order one size mirror that later, he realized, didn't fit with the design. He asked me to return the mirrors and this is how I originally met Janet. Janet provided all of the possible options and was sympathetic to my situation.
However, my contractor revamped the design to make my original order work and no additional change was needed until several weeks later when one of the electric mirrors arrived damaged. Great, right? But then, I remembered Janet. There was something special about Janet from my previous conversations. I felt that she understood my perspective and genuinely wanted to help me; she didn't just feed me company lines or read from a script. She made our conversation personal but in a professional manner. We connected. I knew immediately that she was the one to contact for help. Janet worked her magic (again) and is helping me exchange the mirror. I recently wrote her the following email and wanted to share it here as well.
'Janet, You are a life saver!! I’m always hesitant to order online because I feel you don’t get the personal service when things go wrong. You have proved the total opposite.
