I am in the process of building a house. I have ordered many of my plumbing fixtures at Quality Bath.
I had called a few times with simple changes to my order and they responded quickly and with flexibility.
A Native Trails sink arrived at my home with a poorly shaped drain hole. I got in touch and Freida became my service rep. She sent my photos to Native Trails. They still felt the sink would work. After a second set of photos demonstrating that the Native Trails drain would gap she was able to get me a refund. I was thrilled with how quickly and thoroughly she responded to each question.

"I am getting ready for a 2.5 bathrooms remodel so I have been buying a lot of materials for bathrooms. Quality Bath is one of the few vendors I have purchased items from and they don't only have the best price for a lot of the Grohe items I purchased, but they have the best (not one of the best but THE BEST) customer service! I have two Grohe faucet shipped missing two tiny screws, I contacted Quality Bath and Freida was the one who helped me. She assured me she will get the missing parts shipped out, she contacted Grohe, communicate with them using the photos I provided for the missing pieces and had Grohe shipped those parts back to me. It did took a few weeks but I believe the delay is on Grohe's part, not Quality Bath. And Freida kept me posted throughout the process, notified me she was waiting for Grohe to response and provided tracking number when the parts were shipped out. I cannot recommend Quality Bath more! The one and only person/company that was delightful and easy to work with was Quality Bath, specifically Josh. He went out of his way at all hours including late night and weekends to make sure everything on his end was perfect. Even though my issue was minor (a missing cover cap for a shower trim screw), she was able to immediately pull up my order, identify the missing part, and have a replacement mailed to me to arrive in several days time. "I ordered a Grohe shower set for a bathroom remodel. I found out later (after tile completed, during installation), that it was an incomplete order - the "GrohFlex Cosmopolitan Custom Shower Thermostatic Trim with Control Module" required a separate diverter for it to work...I had never heard of anything like that, so was unaware this model would not work without additional external parts. I went to order the correct part, but it was not available for a few weeks. Quality Bath refused to accept the return since it was . While this was my fault, it would have been much better if they had notified me of my mistake / incomplete order...that way I could have swapped it right away. Now I am stuck with a useless part."

"We were having a tough time finding the Hansgrohe Talis S 100 Faucet, but Quality Bath pulled through for us! Everywhere else we searched was out of stock, so we were very excited that Quality Bath not only had it in stock, but was also able to ship it right away! It allowed us to complete our bathroom renovation on time, and it looks absolutely beautiful!"
"The in-wall Geberit tank arrived heavily damaged because of sub-par packaging (the package looked intact upon arrival, the damage was internal). Frieda arranged a freight-prepaid return and I ordered a new tank, which arrived packaged the exact same way and was, unsurprisingly, also damaged. But the damage was minor this time so we felt comfortable keeping it. One part was unusable, for which Frieda promptly sent a replacement at no charge. The first tank was credited a couple of weeks after we shipped it back.
In summary, above-reproach customer service from Quality Bath. If Geberit deigned to package their stuff properly in the first place, now that would be perfect.
