"Hello, I purchased (2) Artifex 780N 18" Drawer Pulls online from Qualitybath.com. The total cost was $340.57. The items are too long to work in my business renovation so I was planning to go with the 12" instead. Qualitybath.com is requiring me to pay at 25% restocking fee even though there was nothing on their website or my order to indicate this was a "special order". So now, I have pay $85.14 just to "restock" 2 drawer pulls. I was planning to order 14 drawer pulls total from your company at approximately $1540.00. I will no longer be supporting Schaub and Company, nor Quality Bath. It is 2013, not 1995, “restocking fees” are for dinosaurs. You all need to modernize and get with the program on returns, customer service, and the internet companies you do business with."
