"No they did not meet my expectations and judging from the price on the products even with this companies nice comparative prices I expected my order to have been perfect. I placed an order for 4 items, they even called me at my job the following day yet when the order arrived it was incorrect. I called them to say the item was wrong and then I had to go through all these things to resolve their mistake (email pictures of incorrect item, email picture of packaging show item part number, basically as I see it and from past experience, if you mess up on one detail its your fault and you lose out on cost. They shipped me the new correct item but I am still waiting for the return label to ship back wrong item and get refund so thus far they have both of my payments but I am hoping I will get refund. Not to sound so hostile but as of lately all my online experiences have been like this. When I checked the order which has the item numbers and pictures I wonder why they pulled the wrong part numbera and after they called me to verufy my order didnt question why 3 items were of one characteristic and the 4th item they sent was totally different (their mistake but no red flags on their part). So as of now I am stuck with the extra bill, have no return label and will not recommend till this is resolved, Its an grade school thing, see a part number, pull that part, you didnt now I have to jump through all these hoops hoping things turn out correct. Not sure how these online businesses are surviving with workers who are clueless or BS'ing on work time, the consumer (who cares). ok at this point I will pay the extra on another site for 100% correct service, hopefullY I get my return label and refund ( I do not see this happening since why does my correct item arrive the next day yet all these days later I have no info to return the incorrect item and yet they have even more money since I had to put out additional money to buy whast I oringinally ordered because as they told me, we may not get the item back, really, how hard is it to pull the correct item. a 5 part number thing, hire literate and people who are not BS'ing on the job, do not make me the victim. Will not use this site again. And i cannot share on facebook, go figure, so my misfortune was expected on their part.
