"I purchased this toilet for a half bath I was building in our basement. As some of the other reviews have already mentioned, the instructions weren't very clear. Since I have some plumbing experience, I was able to figure out how to do it and complete the install without any issues. The toilet seat must have been re-designed, because the one that came with my order was over built and possibly the sturdiest seat I've ever seen! I can't say the same for the flimsy plastic connectors that are suppose to hold the seat on, though. A quick trip to the hardware store for more sturdy connectors and a couple of nuts and we were in business. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and with the quick delivery from Quality Bath."
