"I would never consider to order from them again. Charged my credit card 3 months later without even checking if I still want the item and shipped it to me. The return process is a hassel- after 2 weeks I had to ship the item to manufacturer at my expence. i'm still waiting to get my money back!"

"I ordered all of my master bath fixtures, a kitchen sink faucet and a few other items from Quality Bath. They have a fantastic selection and the best prices, and their web site is easy to navigate. However, don't try to do your online shopping from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday: they shut down the web site for Shabbat! I understand not working during Shabbat, but shutting down the web site so customers can't even browse is a bit ridiculous for an online retailer. Shipping was free but sporadic; I received some items immediately, some a week later, some several weeks later, and one item a couple of months later (though I was told about the delay on that one). Customer service was good and reps are personable."

"I purchased a shower door it came by freight and it was beautiful, but it was not the right size. My problem has just begun, this was my first time ordering from Quality Bath and I didn't know the return policy. There is a 25% restocking charge plus I had to pay freight charges to return the door and these charges were more that the shower doors. So, I am stuck with no shower doors and two big glass doors in plastic lying against the wall. I contacted Quality Bath and the representative tried to assist me by trying to locate a smaller door, but she couldn't help me. She also reinforced the return policy and apologized which is all she can really do for me. I appreciate her efforts, but now I am trying to find a company that will fix my problem and the money I thought I was going to save by ordering online I will spend on fixing this problem. I regret I didn't just call a local company rather than trying to do it online. Some things should be done local or with a familiar company."

Quality Bath had the best prices by far! and their customer service team helped answer specific questions about which sink accessories I really would need. My new sink arrived safe and sound despite the shipping company's best efforts to dent the box. My husband and I had to really work on the packaging to inspect the sink on arrival. "I bought 3 Estilutz lamps from Quality Bath. On arrival the electrician discovered that they were labelled as requiring a special installation and considered them dangerous so refused to install them. I returned them to quality bath for credit. Months later after many email I received credit but over $200 had been deducted for a restocking fee. The deliberately misleading advertising and the incredibly poor service coupled with the gouging return fee make me recommend all to stay away from Quality Bath if you're ordering lamps."
