"Please identify a single point of contact. I was bounced around to five different people to get my order sorted. Then out of nowhere a sales guy emailed me that he was my point of contact. He attached an inaccurate quote and then said he couldn't help me with the artwork.
I will say your art team is incredibly patient.
I'd be wary of how casual your template follow-up emails are phrased. I realize it's a culture and image you're trying to build, but getting a peppy, wordy email that presumes you're pleased with the experience can cause a negative reaction when you're actually quite frustrated."
