"Ordered 2500 magnets, it took a few days for them to approve the artwork, then 7 business days after that for them to actually arrive.

I went to the online customer service multiple times to try and figure out whether or not they approved the artwork, to get a receipt, and just trying to find out the ETA.

Eventually they got me everything, but sometimes a few things were forgotten (I had to go on twice to get my receipt because the guy said he would email it to me, and I never got it until I asked again)
