I wish, my logo would have been a little larger as it was in the past when I had my hercules pens made before.
the logo part of my information came out a little smaller than the imprint area would allow. If I had t had it made before I wouldn't have noticed the difference but it is noticeable and for that I'm not 100% satisfied. I'd say maybe 90% -95%. But QLP is a nice group to work with."

"I ordered three products from Quality Logo Products (Pedova Cardfolios, Pedova Padfolios, Satin Stylus Pens, and Wobbly Stress Relievers. All the products were beautiful and went over well at my meetings. Even my co-workers who were not at the meetings coveted them and wanted to have a set for their own. The products from Pedova were a nice quality. I only found one padfolio which had a slight warp to one of the logos. The stress relievers were cute and perfect for the occasion. And the magnet at the top makes it a useful item. I love the stylus at the top of the pen. My only concern with the pens are the logos. The method of putting the logos on are in such a way, they scratch off easily. In fact, some of the logos had already been damaged by the time I received them. In terms of branding, as the logo will likely chip away all together after a few months. The only suggestion I have for customer service is to sign the emails with an actually name that's prominent. The emails I received were signed "Customer Service Team" or not at all, even for non-automated emails. It was very impersonal. As far as the ordering process, it would be more user-friendly if items could be put in a cart for checkout rather than having individual orders for each product. On the flip side, I love the search options. It made finding products which met my requirements and would arrive within the specified time easy. Over all, I'm very happy with my order."
