"I bought 2 Radioddity DG 77 with very fast FREE shipping DHL Express.
After 3 days of use, unfortunately one of them stopped showing the information on the display. After my request to the support service, they sent the new GD77(without accessories) free of charge as a replacement for the broken one. In general, the products are of good quality, but it is necessary to have sufficient qualifications and know how to set up and use the DMR. However, we also understand that this product is not intended for housewives with white hair ;))

purchase for the second time went not so smoothly as in the first.
Radiodity forgot to put in the package an extra battery, which I paid together with the new GD77BB.
After communicating with support, they sent me my battery and in the form of compensation one more GD77 !!!

"I received my GD77 and it would not connect to my computer. I ask to return the radio and the advised me that I would have to pay the return shipping but if I would keep the radio they would give me a 5% return and I could sell it locally. A little searching found that the USB cable was known by others to be problematic but an MD380 cable would work. I compared the GD77 and the MD 380 cable and the GD77 had continuity on one wire. Radioddity is sending me a new cable and the 5% return."
"I have to say that the feedback and quick replies that I have gotten from www.radioddity.com have far exceeded my expectations. I received my first radio from them in August of 2017. After a few winter months of not using a HT radio (UV-8000e) I got it out and had it set up. Shortly after the unit began to malfunction and I emailed radioddity about the problem. I received a reply in less then a day and after answering a few short questions I was sent a brand new radio and did not even have to return the defective radio. I know there are many retailers that are selling similar products and I have heard horror stories about the customer service that had been provided, but I can say without a doubt this company has impressed me and given me the confidence to continue buying their products in the future and I would/will recommend them to all of my Ham friends!!! "When I had a problem with the 1st GD-77 radio, I contacted Radioddity and they sent out a replacement radio quickly. Came from China to Canada in a little over a week. Good customer service!
The problem was some buzzing/noise quite noticeable when listening to DMR audio at low volume setting. The replacement radio does seem to be better, with less noise on the DMR audio. Note: the noise on the DMR audio would go away when the battery voltage dropped down to 7.5V. It was worse when the battery was fully charged at 8.2V."
"I recently purchased a mobile radio through Radioddity's Amazon store. Unfortunately the radio had some major issues. When I purchased the radio i also paid for a SquareTrade warranty. When the radio arrived it appeared physically perfect. However when I began the programming of the radio i realized that there were problems with it. Various memories (channels) would not retain the information programmed into it. It seemed fairly static at first. Channels 2-7 and anything above channel 40 would disappear. I contacted SquareTrade and they informed me that because the radio arrived that way it was not covered by them. I then contacted the manufacturer. At first they seemed to be very helpful. But as time passed and various "fixes" made things worse I decided to contact Radioddity. They were fantastic. They helped with the manufacturer's tech support to get them going again after a 2 week absence from the problem. After 2 more weeks of try this, try that, try this version of the software, try that version of the software and the radio getting progressively worse, Radioddity stepped up and intervened. They told me that a replacement would be shipped right out to me and that the old radio could be discarded. No need to return it. Within 2 days the new radio arrived and it works perfect. Without them stepping in, I would probably still be messing with the manufacturers tech support. The customer support at Radioddity, Shirley, can not be thanked enough for her help."
