Excellent experience with Radioddity

"The first shipment from Radioddity somehow did not come through. The Post Office return my order back to the company. Radioddity took it as their own fault ! They re-shipped same order by DHL and I got it 3 days latter.
I highly recommend Radioddity service. Also radios which I got are very good. Good manual, support , free software for programming. Working as expected and I'm in Canada - 20C cold here now.

Great warranty service

"Bought a GD-77 as a backup/spare for some others I already had. Programmed it, but never really used it. Got it out nearly a year later to use with some newly acquired hotspots. Found it would not connect with either an OpenSpot or MMDVMSpot without greatly adjusting their RXOffset. GD-77 seemed to have a major calibration problem. Sent issue to Customer Service and after a few short email exchanges with representative Wing, he concluded that there was a hardware problem with the radio and quickly sent me a replacement, even though there was only two weeks left of the warranty."

GD-77 Professional Analog/Digital DMR Radio

"The Range is long and the reception is stable and clear all the way.
The sound is loud and clear as expected from a professional radio.
The design is superior.
The quality of the material used to build this radio is exclusive.
Price is very low, comparing to the other DMR radio from other companies.
Service from this company is beyond you could ever imagine, it's a pleasure to do a business with a company that stands behind her products.
All i have to do is to enjoy my DMR Radio :).

I Bought A New HF-VHF-UHF RTL-SDR Receiver and It Works Great

"Back in the year 2017 I wanted to buy one of those soft ware defined radios. Then it came quick to my door. I got it out of package and set it up. The VHF-UHF reception is great, but the HF reception was poor, and then, I cleared it up by using a HF balun that is connected to the existing long wire antenna and it improve reception. Then after I moved to the new apartment in February of 2018, I decided to build a large active whip antenna, and then connected my VHF-UHF discone antenna, and the large active antenna to it, and the results were awesome, and there were no problems with it. I was able to receive VLF signals below 100 kHz using my home made active whip antenna, and also other various LW-MW signals, and short wave signals using the software defined radio software. I do recommend this receiver, but I also recommend that a HF balun long wire antenna gets purchased as well for best HF performance on the LW-MW-SW bands. Also a better VHF-UHF antenna is recommended. I am going to continue to do business with this company in the near future now, since they helped me with this receiver. "

Replaced Defective RD-5R with good unit

"The Baofeng RD-5R would not transmit analog audio, just carrier. On the digital channels, the received audio worked fine. After telling Radioddity the problem, an RMA was issued and they sent a new good unit after receiving the bad unit. "

Promised Cable Delivered! Great Customer Svc Delivered! Customer for Life!

"After ordering a Radioddity tribander from Amazon (I choose the tribander from Radioddity because of the included USB cable that was to be included) and finding out after the radio arrived that the cable had not been included I contacted Radioddity's customer service. They immediately promised to send the cable. I received the cable and plugged it into my laptop. I did not have to do any driver downloads or installation. The laptop picked it up right away. I immediately was able to program my tribander!

Radioddity also kept me informed of the USB cable shipment, making sure I knew all the details.

I purchased a Radioddity product just for the included USB cable. I'm staying with buying from Radioddity because of the GREAT customer support they give. THIS IS HOW YOU WIN CUSTOMERS OVER! Thank you Radioddity and to your great customer support!!!!

From my experience - Radioddity MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

I DO ADVISE EVERYONE - IF THE PRODUCT EXISTS IN RADIODDITY - PURCHASE IT FROM RADIODDITY INSTEAD OF OTHER BRANDS... FROM MY END THEY'VE MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

... Although the radio that I have (RD-5R) hadn't been bought from Radioddity but instead from other site upon contacting Radioddity and sending a video showing problems with the radio THHEY PROMTPLY REPLACED THE RADIO (even having it been bought somewhere else)

AND ALSO IMPORTANT - They were great in the way they dealt with me


CONCLUSION: It's "different" (in a VERY GOOD WAY) to see a company assume the responsability and replacing an equipment without "trying to run away from their responsabilities" (as so often happens with other companies)

Also they've been open to sugestions on improving the equipment that is something that not every company is much susceptible to do!..

They were/are great!

Customer Service and Replacements Part

"When I bought my first Radioditty QB25 a few months ago; I watched a lot of videos on this product. One of the videos was a gentleman, that said he had a had a problem with his Radioditty QB25. He went on to say he contacted the Radioditty customer service center and the company sent him a replacement. That was very impressive to me that a company stands behind it's products! So, after buying a new QB25, I liked it so much I bought another one. However, this radio had a bad DTMF microphone. I contacted the customer service by e-mail and was contacted right back. After explaining the problem, customer service decided to send me a new microphone at no charge. Now that is customer service! So the Youtube video was correct. The company does stand behind its products and cares about the customer 100%. I will be buying more products from Radioditty in the future. Thank you Radioditty!"

Great products and amazing customer service!

"I own several different Radioddity products (GD-77 DMR dual-band handlheld, a pair of R2 analog 70cm handhelds, a pair of GA-2S analog 70cm handhelds) that I purchased from Radioddity at Amazon and have found them to be very reasonably priced, well designed, and ruggedly built. I am very pleased with the features and the performance that each of these products offers.

I can also report that the Radioddity Customer Support is exceptional! After unboxing my new GA-2S handhelds from their packages I found that one of the battery packs was defective and would not power up either of the handhelds in spite of being fully charged. I contacted Radioddity via their support email on September 13 with a description of the problem and immediately received an automated response indicating that my message was received. Within a few hours, I received an email from Wing, who is a Radioddity representative, apologizing for the inconvenience and explaining that he was immediately arranging a product replacement for me. Within a few hours, Amazon contacted me with tracking information and the story ended happily with the replacement package arriving 3 days later on September 16 and my pair of GA-2S handhelds working perfectly! I should note that Wing contacted me several times during the replacement process with updates and also followed up after the package arrived to make sure that everything was working fine. If I could give Radioddity a score of 10 stars I definitely would as customer service as responsive as this is rare!

In my opinion, Radioddity is a company that supports its products and customers very honorably. I would not hesitate to recommend their products to anyone looking for excellent performance value and exceptional customer service.

Outstanding!

"I had an issue with a mobile radio that I use indoors (as a base station). It started having transmit issues. It was transmitting with full power, but wasn’t properly heterodyning the audio onto the carrier. After checking the speaker/mic and everything audio-related on the radio, I contacted Radioditty. It was also having an intermittent speaker issue on the right side. Prior to contacting Radioditty, I made a couple short videos documenting the issue. Jessica handled my case and had a new radio sent out to me, which was great because I was volunteering to host a weekly net. In short, Radioditty honors their one year warranty and stands behind their products! I’d like to especially thank Jessica for handling my claim!

Definitely 10/10 for support! I won’t hesitate to make future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone else!

Great Caring Customer Service

"I bought a GD77 with the reverse display, this is a newer radio, and I was using the wrong software. TADA, Jessica to the rescue, she pointed me in exactly the right direction, and I was in business. Then I was trying to figure out a feature, TADA, Jessica took it to the technician, and she got me answers. Later I bought another radio, but I made a mistake on the website and did not get my discount, TADA, Jessica took the time to make it right. Not sure who else works there, but if the rest of them are like Jessica, this is the best company ever!!

Fantastic Company and After Sales Service

"I brought a GD-77 7 months ago from this company. I have been very pleased with the radio but it recently developed a fault.
Emailed the company and after explaining the problem I was offered a replacement radio. This arrived 3 business days later. This had got to be the best after sales service I have ever received.

Fantastic Customer Service

"I have been helping a blind ham operator with his radio problem and the customer support (Jessica) has been outstanding! Communication has been very responsive and they have been a great help in getting the problem resolved. I don't own a Radioddity device myself but given my recent experience with their support team, I would have no concerns at all about making a purchase. I know people trying to get help from some of the other big named players haven't had anywhere near the same level of customer care. Job well done!"
