"I bought TYT TH-9800 Plus from Radioddity.com with promotion price and it comes with RA-M5 Antenna Magnet Mount.
The delivery was very fast as I got it the next day but when I received the package, I found that the antenna mount wasn't included. So, I wrote to Radioddity Support Team and Echo was reply to my mail and replace the order and ship it back to me promptly.

"The DB25-G is a nice radio and I am still learning everything about it, and the only problem I had was the program cable was missing. I got an immediate answer and a refund to cover the cost of ordering another cable to replace the missing one. Was notified within about 30 seconds from Pay-Pal that Radioddity had refunded the cost of a replacement cable.
