"I bought a radio I used it for six months it worked perfectly fine and then all of a sudden it quit transmitting on frequencies that required a PL tone. I called RADIOoddity they had their experts calling me to try to walk me through the problem, hoping that it was just a setting or something that was not correctly set, after a couple of emails they realized the radio had some electronic problems. "I had to return my Xiegu X-6100 Because it did not work. Unfortunately I also had to return the 100 Watt amplifier. I was sent a return authorization and instructions on packing the radio. This operation was very efficient even though I was returning a product.
I will use Radioddity in the future if they provide the products that I need.

"I had a couple issues with my Xiegu G90 so I emailed Radioddity Support. I actually wasn't expecting a response - or at least not for a while. Very impressed when I received an email early the next day from Nora. She was very helpful and courteous and provided some instruction on what to do (firmware update). Not only providing instruction but attached all the necessary documentation and latest firmware files. I did the update and it corrected my issues perfectly.

"I tried to buy a radio after reading positive reviews, but ran into a problem because I am located in Canada, where shipping costs were not automatically calculated. Nora at customer service responded within hours to my inquiry. She provided information on ordering and offered to send me an invoice with the extra charges specified. I hesitated, because the shipping costs and border fees were almost as much as the radio itself! Nora sent a follow-up email within two days. I was very impressed by her friendly tone and efficiency, so I decided to do business with her and proceeded to get the invoice and pay. Alas, the shipping itself, by USPS, was very confusing. The tracking information showed the radio delivered promptly, but to California! I immediately contacted customer service, and Nora again responded within hours. I followed her instructions to process an inquiry with USPS, and byto keep them informed of progress. She assured me that they would process the claim if we were unable to recover the radio. It seemed stalled, but I waited, and thought I would be pursuing a recovery, when TaDa!! The package arrived, with customs seals where it had been inspected and a small breach in the cover. I immediately checked out the radio - all the shipment was intact, and the radio worked perfectly. I emailed Nora to let her know that, and we celebrated a successful, though long, delivery! She was prompt and friendly in all of the dealings. Because of her excellent service, prompt responses, and friendly tone, and despite the delay, I would not hesitate to do business with Radioddity again."
