instead of nuts and washers as in the original installation. More difficult to get the sleeve to expand and anchor in place."

"A tire spindle broke on the rapid reel. I emailed customer service with my order number and the item that broke. They responded the next day that they would send out two new tire spindles free of charge.
When I received them, they were solid galvanized metal, much higher quality than previous one.
This company stands by their product and takes care of their customers completely.
I then ordered a spray nozzle set from them because the one I have leaks. There is a reason they have a 10 year warranty and stand behind their products. This nozzle puts ALL other nozzles to shame. You have to try it to believe it. It is that good!

Sure, it's a lot of money for typical residential use, but the competing cart-style products don't even come close to the quality of this one. The quality of materials is immediately obvious.
