I do have to feed the hose a bit when winding, but that's just the nature of the hose I chose, it's pretty heavy. I did find that stud finders don't work particularly well with Cement Siding and that was the biggest challenge for installation, but that doesn't have anything to do with the product, just FYI. This new reel you cant route the water supply hose thru the
arm housing to hide part of the supply hose.Why did you change the support arm?
and the old reel brake system worked better than the new brake system."
