"Just placed an order for tickets , spent a nice sum of money ,forgot to use my twenty dollar coupon ,called back right away. Razor refused to help me out, flat out refused to allow me to use or credit my account for a lousy twenty bucks. Razor just lost a customer and I will advise my friends to stay away! Was it worth it razor? "

Hello,

I just received my 2 tickets for Wicked July 14 perfomance. It doesnt seem like we are sitting together, row J, seat 1 and 3? Is this possible?

Also my tickets say 76.25 each and I payed 118.00 each. I thought Razorgator sold tickets value = to or better?

I am sorry if I misunderstood what I was buying, I have had no trouble with previous ticket pruchases, please advise.

"Terrible would never buy from them and am going to warn family and friends never to buy from them. I purchased tickets for a concert received an email that the order was confirmed and a week later received and email that they had doublebooked and could not give me the tickets they had billed me. What kind of business practice is that. These tickets were for a present and they totally ruined that. They have terrible customer service reps also. Worst experience ever"

"Tickets were recieved in a timely fashion; however the tickets I purchased apparently weren't updated on the vendors site as already sold, so I had to settle for tickets 4 more rows back, but paid the same price as the closer tickets."
