"I bought running boards nobody bothered to tell me that they ship the mounting hardware separately. Got my buddy over to help me with this and some other upgrades I had planned. Opening the box I discovered I was short hardware and called CS that’s when I figured out it’s in 2 shipments but that I was also short installation hardware. The person who answered my CS call was smug, snarky, and rude and had a I don’t care attitude , she refused to send out the missing hardware because she believed the second shipment will contain enough hardware to complete the installation. But it doesn’t. So now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to ship me out the rest of the hardware that the horrible customer service representative refused to do so earlier when I first called about the problem. Their customer service representative absolutely **** !
This is my first purchase from real truck and it looks like it could be the last if this is how they treat their customers I’m not interested in doing business with this company!"

When I opened the box there were extra rails and a different set of instructions. I purchased under false pretenses and now have to either send it back or deal with it because I need a cover. I warn all buyers to avoid listening to the reps who are obviously just trying to make a sale. Customer service didn’t seem to care, I’ll likely advise others to use a different company to buy the products they want. I’m extremely disappointed and feeling lied to by realtruck!"
