"1st time I ordered, the rep mixed up billing and shipping address and I had to scramble to get it corrected. 2nd time, there was another address issue. 3rd time I ordered from them, my payment source was double charged. Fortunately, that was caught by RealTrucks and they corrected it (still in process of receiving over $160 refund). Also, on the 3rd order, a “professional” at RealTrucks told me I needed to add an additional product to my order that wasn’t needed after all. Granted they were clueless because the manufacturer also recommends the extra item even though they don’t specify it’s not needed for the specific product I was ordering. Without going into detail, I’ll just say with RealTruck supposedly being experts in what they sell, they should know these things beforehand. I only wasted about $20 on the extra item. But at least they offered to refund 10% of my purchase. These days, every $2 counts. 3 times of ordering and each time I had 1 or.p more issues. I’m officially done with RealTrucks.com. They worry me too much and I have 0 confidence in their ability to do business correctly."

FedEx went from notifying me of being a day early to actually delivering 3 days late. They claimed a "Weather Event" but it was sunny and 40s to 50 degree sunny days from St Louis to Chicago to CR IA the entire time. They should be embarrassed. Their customer service ****. (and that is putting it nicely)
I would order again from RealTruck but request a different shipper if possible!"

Online checkout was fast and the chat rep stayed connected with me all the way through. Credit card processing was PCI compliant with out the chat rep viewing the card information. Cover was shipped FedEx and even arrived a day early. The cover was ordered on Friday and received it on Sunday. An excellent online experience! "

"I bought running boards nobody bothered to tell me that they ship the mounting hardware separately. Got my buddy over to help me with this and some other upgrades I had planned. Opening the box I discovered I was short hardware and called CS that’s when I figured out it’s in 2 shipments but that I was also short installation hardware. The person who answered my CS call was smug, snarky, and rude and had a I don’t care attitude , she refused to send out the missing hardware because she believed the second shipment will contain enough hardware to complete the installation. But it doesn’t. So now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to ship me out the rest of the hardware that the horrible customer service representative refused to do so earlier when I first called about the problem. Their customer service representative absolutely **** !
This is my first purchase from real truck and it looks like it could be the last if this is how they treat their customers I’m not interested in doing business with this company!"
