"Absolutely horrible! Can’t get a status of my order. Emails from your staff saying they will get back to me in 24 hours. Five days later still no response. Call for status, told it’s on its way. Still no product. Ah, need I say more?

It is likely they are reselling returned covers that have been damaged. That is the impression I have.

"I bought a tonneau cover through chat with confirmation from Chat tech cover fit. She commented that going through the chat rep to order with a link meant that if there are any problems they come pick it up and bring another one. Not ship it back they come pick it up. Well it showed up in a road worn box with several holes in it, creases and in the card board. You could see where tape had been ripped off the box previously. It did appear at first look to be un damaged but after it was unfolded and clamped down the left side middle hinge joint was making the cover material protrude and not lay flat. Only on one side and only at the middle hinge. I contacted Real Truck and a "customer loyalty specialist" responded and asked for pictures. I responded in kind with said pictures and waited. After a couple days I replied back to my "customer loyalty specialist" and asked what gives. They responded back saying the manufacture says this is normal because the cover is not attached at the folding point so it will protrude or otherwise it would not fold. Never mind the other side hinge is flat on the bed rail along with the other folds on this and every other tonneau cover I see on other trucks. These other trucks include the ones depicted in product advertising campaigns. No bulge to be seen in any of the install videos or pics I replied that I was insulted by the position they were taking considering their boastful sales pitch about hassle free returns. Then I searched for REAL TRUCK complaints and I saw the light. Hopefully you will not be duped as I was. THE BBB has a load of complaints about returns being very much a hassle!! Wish there were a zero star, stay away!

"I ordered a set of Havoc wheel to wheel steps from them and after opening the box, one of the bars had a noticeable dent. I immediately called them but they said because I did not inspect them before signing for them that there is nothing they can do. They were delivered freight and when I signified them there was no damage to the box so why would I even think to inspect them or for that matter, how would I know that I’m supposed to inspect them before sighing for them. The damage did not happen during shipping, they came like that from the factory. They were well packaged and wrapped. I supplied them with pictures and told them that I wanted a new set shipped out to me. They refused and said there is nothing they can do but did offer me a $30 credit for the damage. No thanks, so I submitted a dispute with my credit card company which didn’t go anywhere. First and last time I ever order from this company, terrible customer service."

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

"My husband and I ordered a RanchHand grill guard on Friday 11/30 and were told it would ship Mon Dec 3 or Tue, and would arrive in 5 to 7 days. Well we called Dec 11, only to find out that it had not been shipped, and would ship within 25 days of order!! So we cancelled the order and now it will take a few days to get a refund, which of course they took from our account immediately. Hate being lied to in order to get us to place an order with them."

Poor quality and customer service

"Bought a set of Raptor OEM running boards. The quality is terrible. Pre-mounted bolts are stripped out and won’t tighten. Plastic molded caps don’t fit the running boards. Real Truck won’t process the return because I installed them. Save yourself time, hassle and money. Buy from someone else."

Couldnt believe my eyes!!!

"I placed an on line order on 11/25/2018 i recieved a confirmatiin letter that my order was confirmed and i will be getting an email with the tracking numbers... well i did recieve that other email from a certain Jonathan Nardoni that for no reason given CANCELLED my order. Needless to say this company great prices or not will NEVER see another order from this houshold. That item was my husbands christmas gift and i would like to personally thank you for ruining my husbands christmas!!! Word of mouth is the best adcertisment amd unless you can fix this amd cery quickly you will never get a good word from me. Fix it quickly and no one will hear a bad thimg about your company atall. I sure hope you fix it because i am NOT happy right now!!!"

"Bought window visors that didn't fit my vehicle correctly and they would not honor a return due to being installed. I have bought plenty of items off them in the past horrible customer service, I will gladly take my money and shop and buy elsewhere.

Horrible people

"Horrible people. They are great at selling stuff, make sure they take care of you when you are trying to make a purchase. They absolutely will not honor the warranty. If anything goes wrong with the part you will be screwed. They will do whatever they can to make sure you can not return the part.

Just be prepared to accept the fact that if you buy anything from this company, you are OK with not having any warranty on the items, and you just donated your money to them with no recourse for getting a quality item like you paid for.

My worst experience to date with an Online Retailer

"Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
I have been a year over year user of a certain brand product for my Work Trucks, that brand was typically available to me locally. Recently the business that I got me parts from that brand was terribly damaged from Hurricane Florence. Additionally one of my work trucks was flooded from the same storm and considered a total loss. In order to source the brand I utilized RealTruck.com, this was a big mistake. I ordered a Rear Bumper, Front Bumper and Side Steps, all of which are considered "Freight". The tracking information provided by RealTruck do not give you actual tracking data as a result there Freight Forwarded jobs the shipment out to whomever is cheapest and components show up piecemeal and as a surprise weighing several hundred pounds each. That could have been dealt with if the parts sent were correct but they were not. My Truck is a Ford, the Rear Bumper was correct, the Front Bumper was for a Dodge and the Side Steps are for the wrong length bed. It has been weeks of back and forth Emails, occasionally you can get through on the phone but it is never the same person twice. Now I am told after multiple weeks that a replacement front bumper is on the way "Freight" and that they will pick up the incorrect one however, the $716.00 Side Steps are my problem because I selected the wrong Part Number, which is a mystery for me because the configuration management feature on the Website has the correct Model, Year and Cab/Bed for my Truck listed with a Part Number that is not reflected on the Box that my parts showed up in.

I will never order anything from this company again!

"I placed an order by phone for my new pickup. It was a tonneau bed cover and the person I spoke with assured me that there would be no problem if the cover did not fit. It came in and sure enough- it did not fit. The cover does not allow the automatic tailgate on my 2019 pickup to drop. But when I called RealTruck, I was told I couldn’t return it because it had been “installed”! I explained that I had only tightened the bolts to check the fit. It did not matter to them. I’m not done with these people but it is a sad statement that this company is trying to wiggle out of their agreement. Their customer service is a fraud!"

Dont buy from Realtruck!! If you are looking to purchase anything large from Realtruck!!

"If you go into their website the first thing it has you do is set it up for your vehicle. But when you select an item to order it changes. After you order there's no verification as to what you ordered. I ordered a $650 brushguard for my 2018 Chevy 2500, or so I thought. When it came it was for a 1500. I called customer service and they told me tough you know what. They would sell me the right one but I was stuck with the old one. I even offered to pay shipping back to them, or personally deliver it to their warehouse. Too bad no way!!!! Not happy at all with response. Saved all year to order from them and now I'm stuck with a part that doesn't fit. It's the same as the old one I had that I gave away. Find some one that backs their customers better.

Bad Customer Service

"Ordered an Exaust Tip that doesn’t fix and sent emails and called. The company has done nothing to fix my problem. I would never order from this place again. I ordered Nerf bars a week before, luckily they fit. Looks like I’m out of $60 bucks for the tip though. This company is bad business "

horriable customer service/no response

"I ordered a pair of fender flares. they came in and the box was destroyed and the flares were sticking out the corners of the box. so the plastic was roughed up. they are fixable. however I contacted them 3 times and I received no response what so ever at all. so I do not recommend buying from them at all. I will be making a flyer and putting it up at work which is a gm engine plant so poor decision on their part. All I ask for is at least a response. if this is how you get treated with fender flares damaged I'm sure its no different with $1000 rims either. Highly recommend looking elsewhere."

Love this company

"I own a 2018 Chevy Silverado and needed some nerf bars. RealTruck has the best prices! The bars arrived exactly when I was told they would and the bars look exactly as advertised and fit perfectly on my truck. I will be ordering from this company again."
