"I ordered a Tonneau Cover from this company. I received the cover with 5 days of the order but all that was in the box was the cover itself. No installation hardware. I called customer service only to have a ticket opened with no resolution. Now I have to wait for another employee to call me back. "

"Ordered a set of n-fab podium wheel to wheel step bars for my 2018 ram 3500, only ordered because they were 10% off. Finished my order paid and order was confirmed, said on confirmation order would ship within 24-48 hours. Chatted with on if the “world class service agents, and was told that they had to be drop shipped from the manufacturer and it would take 10-20 days to manufacture the parts, and then they would be shipped. The service agent told me specusl orders do not qualify for the 24-48 hour shipping, but nowhere on the site did it say “special order” and even after ordering and paying it verifies tge 24-48 hours to ship, told the agent just to cancel my order and refund my money. The agent told me that she would have to get confirmation from the manufacturer that the order was cancelled before they would refund my money, I’m giving them 24-48 hours then I’m letting the credit card company handle this! DONT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a joke and treat customers like $#|t. Waste of my time and money also contacting

"I ordered running boards on 4/17/19. Took 2 phone calls to get this item to ship. Didn't receive the product till 5/2/19. Were installed on customers vehicle for 5 days. There were safety concerns with the larger holes on the running boards and needed to go with a different style. Contacted real truck for a return and was told that there is nothing they can do for a return and was told to try and sell them on ebay to get some of my money back. Will not be using this company for any further purchases. "
"I ordered a tonneau bi-fold bed cover for my Tacoma. I actually called them first and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. The shipment even arrived a day earlier than they told me. I'm pretty impressed! However, one of the rails was missing two pre-installed screws. I contacted customer service and one of their "world-class agents" sent me an email. I explained the situation and asked them to send me a new rail. She asked for photos. I sent them. Then she told me to go to the local hardware store and buy and install them myself and they'd give me $10 credit. I explained I prefer they send me a new rail with the screws pre-installed because 1. that's what I paid for and 2. I'm guessing me installing the screws would void the warranty. You guessed it, suddenly "the manufacturer" can't do that. Well, how about the manufacturer assemble the part right the first time? After about three trips to Lowes and a couple of hours of my weekend wasted, I finally got the screws on and told them to donate the $10 to charity. The cover looks great! But I'm still **** about the experience. Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll do business with them again. UPDATE: They contacted me via email the next day telling me the rail shipped. Seriously? Un (freaking) believable!"
"My brother, bought a tonneau cover from RealTruck. There was a damaged clamp for the rails (hole drilled crooked) and he has not been able to get it replaced. It has been 3 months of waiting, phone calls and no one has been able to help us. I've called and am assured that Ashley will call me right back. No phone calls yet. We tried calling the manufacturer for this cover and they give us the same run around. "
"This company should change its name to real ****. I ordered a set of Powerstop rotors and pads for my truck and they originally told me I would have them in about 4 days they ship from the manufacturer. 6 business days later I called and they gave me the run around 8 business days later I called and they said oh they are on back order. I cancelled my order, 2 weeks after cancelling I still don’t have my money back because they have a set protocol on order cancellations where they have to wait for confirmation from the manufacturer before they can refund my money. I gave them 2 more days and still no refund so my wife called our bank explained the situation and the bank told her that they would get involved and we would get our money back. I called again later that night and low and behold apparently they regular had been moved to the accounting dept and our money should be returned within the next 2 days. We will see!! This was no inexpensive order and their customer service is horrible. They acted like it was $7.00 this is 750.00 I’m talking about. Wtf realtruck get your **** together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.... "
