"Ordered a truck rack Thursday 3-27-19, received a call from the carrier saying it was originally supposed to be delivered Tuesday 4-2-19, however the carrier hadn't received it yet and it would be Thursday (two days later), a sense of relief that they were communicating!!
Thursday, received the package as specified!
Opened the package and began to separate the pieces like a kid on Christmas morning...
- "my truck has needed these racks for a while, and finally, finally they were here!!" I'm so freakin' exited! :))
Dismantled my toolbox, pulled off the headache rack, and started to read the installation instructions! Separating pieces, feeling the EXCITEMENT, oh boy, these are gonna look good!
Gazing at the contents and scratching my head with less and less excitement...Only to come to the realization that they've messed up the original order in packaging. We recieved two sets of racks, both incomplete with missing pieces...ugh.
Wasted three man hours (roughly $300), to take apart the toolbox and headache bar. Repackage the box, make the call to correct the issue, and re-assemble the toolbox of the truck for continued use.
Who makes up for the lost time??? No-one, it's a loss. so in reality, these racks now cost $300 more in lost time!
I certainly hope the next attempt will be a success story instead of the sad story I'm wasting more time writing today. Can we make this happen quickly please!!

Finally got our racks after many troublesome returns and re-ships... Got them mounted. Come to find out they're the wrong model wrack for my truck. Great, so now I've got unnecessary holes in our F-350 Super Duty. Real truck doesn't care whatsoever. T Watkins from real truck states " we will not ship out another part until the previous (wrong part that was shipped) is scanned back in." Awesome! Come unmount the racks we paid for to be installed, re-package the racks in the box that's been thrown away, and send them back!!?
This place is a joke, you're throwing money away... not sure how they manage doing business. All smoke and mirrors!!

"Ordered taillights was told by customer support it would work. They didn't wrong ones after two weeks of waiting for them. Then had to wait over a week to get mailing labels in a email. Just to send back. The more days before I could order new ones. Get new ones in about a week. They don't work right call technical support they offer me some bs solution which I've work on enough vehicles to know it wouldn't work. Call again to be told to call manufacturers which got me no where also. Was told to send them back for refund been over two weeks no email no response. Took matters into own hands. Spent more money and took truck to license stereo installation service. Found problem and fixed it. But had to spend more money to get something that was told to work. To actually work. Still no response from real truck. Will never by there again or send anyone I know their way. "
"Purchased seat covers for my dad’s trucks, waited 2 weeks continuously contacting them for an update to which did nothing more but spin things around. Out of frustration I called to cancel the order and not to my surprise said we require a “processing” to cancel. Avoid this site like a plague. "

I still have this bug shield in my house waiting on a return. I will never order from realtruck.com again and will not recommend them them to anyone. **** poor process and customer service."
"Our company ordered parts through them as customer requested for some reason and said parts took SO long to come in that it ended up costing us a ridiculous amount in late fees and an unhappy customer on our end. Not only did they take forever but they would not answer a single call when we would try to get updates on there orders. "I ordered an inexpensive bed cover for my truck to keep things from getting wet. First it was 3 days before it was shipped. Then when I received it the rails were supposed to have snaps pre-installed and they were not and there were only 4 in the box which I was told were the spares. I was told they would transfer it to someone else and they would contact me within 24 hours and I explained I was leaving out of town 4 days later on vacation and needed the cover for my travels. I was not told to do anything at that point. Someone contacted me that day and I explained. The next day or the day after they requested pictures and I was now on a business trip and would not be back until Friday night. They insisted on photos and would do nothing until I sent them. Why was I not informed of this on day one when I called and was at home. I got home late Friday night and took pictures Saturday morning and sent tried to send them but took several attempts to figure out how to attach them to their message. I sent them in over the weekend and did not hear back at all and it is now Tuesday 4 days into my trip that has not happened because I need the cover. I contacted them and I was told she was busy and had not caught up on here emails. NOT MY PROBLEM or it shouldn't have been. Now I am told they will reach out to the manufacturer and have them sent and again I state this should have been done on DAY 1 when I called. But with these people apparently the customer is never right and they wanted pictures of something they did not send or something that didn't exist. So I asked what do you want a picture of air and got no response. I am now out around $800 in hotel bills because the reservations we had were non refundable because it was part of a package. I would have been better of going to Ford and paying for their $1100 cover because by the time I receive the cheap snaps maybe $20 worth of parts I will have paid exactly that. Actually more than $1100 and it was a much better product."

"As I was looking at seat covers I sent a live chat request. Once my question was answered she said if I ordered using a tech then I would be guaranteed everything. I get my product in but there was no pockets like she guaranteed. I requested another live chat but was sent a message saying my request would be sent. I get an email asking for information to help me. I replied to email, called three times and left two voice mails. I went ahead and installed the seat covers bc I got rid of the others and finally three days later customer service gets a hold of me. They inform me since I installed them then they couldn't return them. I explained that I was guaranteed along with trying to get it resolved with my emails and phones calls not being returned. All they could says was sorry. Seat covers are nice quality but I use the pockets and it's very frustrated to pay good money and saying something is guaranteed to be ordered the way you want only to have to settle. Customer service was a joke.
