"The next day they called me on the phone and told me that delivery will cost $128 more and there is no other option available. My account statement indicates that they actually charged me $150 more. On(12-13-13) I received credit of $123 from them, however TV had to be replaced. Finally..(12/16/13),I have my TV and is working.
Read the small print on the order confirmation !!!!!!!

"Web page information for over size and special discounts does contain the information but you have to look for it. The checkout process should bring up conditions of sale if they apply to an item so that the buyer knows the total cost of the purchase BEFORE placing the order. The next morning followup call to change the order pricing just does not suggest good planning."

"Bigboxsuperstore deserve a 5 star rating. The Shipping company AIT they used to ship the TV doesn't deserve any star!!!

The TV was bought Nov. 15 and the shipping company scheduled the delivering for Nov. 29!!! 14 days to deliver the TV from the East Coast, where the bigboxsuperstore warehouse is located, to the West Coast is ridiculous!!!
Only after a two days of complaints the shipping company (AIT worldwide), delivered me the TV on Nov. 27. But, in my opinion, 12 days to deliver an item is still too much!
About the TV, my rating for bigboxsuperstore is 5 stars! The TV is the one I ordered on line, brand new, works great, and I saved more than $ 600 buying it from bigboxsuperstore, compared to the price offered on Amazon, Bestbuy, Fry.
I definitely recommend bigboxsuperstore...but they have to change shipping company!

"I bought a Samsung TV UN65F8000. Overall satisfied with the service. But I did not like to be hit with the shipping insurance fee, after placing the order for what should have been free shipping. The fee came out to be about $183,-
Still a much better price than Best Buy and other competitors.

"After extensive research on both the product, Samsung Smart LED 60" 8000 Series TV, and the Company I can't be more happy.
I had my doubts with BIGBOX after reading other reviews, BUT Joseph promised delivery in 5 business days from Florida to California, free shipping no hidden agenda, and came through!! So impressed that I called back waited 16min on hold just to say "Thank You".
I highly recommend these guys, I saved over $1100 on this TV, Crazy but made my Thanksgiving and reinforced my trust in humanity, specially in this world of online business.

"Recently I have been browsing for a Samsung 60” flat screen TV. Initially I was concerned about making such a large purchase online, especially from an unfamiliar company. It seems unlikely that a quality product could be sold at such a discount compared to other well established sellers on the market. However, after consulting other customer reviews of the product I was willing to place my order. The website promised free shipping, which instantly caught my attention; yet I was later asked to purchase a sizable insurance policy in order for shipping. I consulted customer service and was pleased with the quick response and helpfulness of the representatives. I found Josh particularly helpful. He explained to me that insurance is necessary for the protection of the customer, and all companies are currently enforcing the same policy. I proceeded with my order and hope that my expectations will continue to be exceeded upon the arrival of my Samsung LED tv.

"Overall five star rating based solely on price and delivery. I would probably like to say 4 1/2 stars if it were possible since their website could use improvement. However, I would definitely shop bigboxsuperstore.com again.

Their website could definitely use some improvement. Specifically, when ordering a big screen TV you will need to pay extra for shipping insurance. This is not clear when checking out. The information is on the website, only it is not readily apparent - IIRC you have to click on Terms and Conditions to find it.

The other issue I had was a discount that was advertised at the time. I didn't notice the fine print (again not readily apparent) that said this discount did not apply for my order. However, the discount worked when I checked out.

After checking out, my order was then delayed at least 24 hours because I had to contact their customer service in order to complete my order - so that I could authorize the insurance charge. Couldn't this have been taken care of during checkout on the website and not delayed the processing of my order?

Finally, the aforementioned discount that was advertised and 'worked' during checkout was not in fact credited to my purchase. I didn't figure it out until the charge posted to my credit card. When I called customer service they explained that it was a glitch in their website and it never should have let me select that discount. It wasn't significant, but it was the principle of the thing, and I feel that customer service could have been a little better in handling my query.

Bottom line, I ended up paying about $220 more than I thought I was during initial purchase due to the insurance and discount that really wasn't a discount.

Why am I rating them 5 stars? It was still the best value, with speedy shipping and delivery. The shipping company was excellent - they called ahead to schedule an appointment and were right on time.

"I purchased a 65" Samsung 3D TV, and I'm quite happy with the purchase.
Initially I had issues with the online order process, as it didn't go through. Based on the order on the website, it looked like it was good, but I received call 2-days later indicating that it can't be shipped for free, but I had to pay $249 for it. Even with the shipping, bigboxsuperstore was still the least expensive. I didn't mind to pay for the shipping, but it would be nice if the website indicated such. I received the order 8 days later, and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend BigBoxSuperstore.

"Unbelievably low prices. Paid $700 dollar less than retail stores and Amazon for Samsung's 60"F8000. No tax or shipping but had to pay shipping insurance. Still saved a lot of money as the insurance was almost equal to the tax retail stores were charging. TV arrived safely in one week. Highly recommended."

"Absolutely FANTASTIC experience. I called and spoke to Eric. Told him what I wanted (a rather expensive Samsung TV) that I did not want any sales pitches for extended warranties, accessories, etc. Just a total price, shipped, to S.E. Missouri. He laughingly complied and I ended up saving $800.+ over the largest internet retailer. TV arrived very quickly, about 5 business days, and was delivered in perfect condition. My family couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend them and will be looking to them first for future electronics purchasing."
