Their white glove service was great and very timely. Free delivery but there is an extra cost for insurance. But check this out. Everyone charges extra for insurance. Varies depending where you reside.
Received the TV within 5 days. This was during the busiest season following Thanksgiving. Joseph spent additional time to explain the process and product. It registered at Samsung.com as brand new! Outstanding!!!!! Fast, Efficient, and at the best price possible anywhere. I saved $700 over Best Buy or Amazon. Would purchase every time thru BigBox Superstores. Thanks Joseph!"

"I purchased a Samsung 55F8000 Smart 3D TV for $800 less than any local suppliers. There were 2 issues that kept me from giving a 5 Star rating and I admit the store manager was good to deal with the issues. The first issue was that sales tax was added to my order after their site said no sales tax and they added a shipping charge ( for some uncertain reason ) which increased my cost about $250. When I called about the additions they in formed me they are located in Florida and were required to charge sales tax since I live in Fl. The shipping charge was added for either insurance, size of box, special handling, or take your pick. When the (White Glove ) delivery came it consisted of a sub-contract carrier setting the box inside the door and leaving. I called the store to complain and short time later I got a call from the store manager. I explained my frustration to him and agreed it would help if their site said no sales tax except Florida and said they would address the carrier issues with their contractor. He said they wanted to make an adjustment to my total and he gave me a return of $70. The TV is great and Bigboxsuperstore would get a 5 STAR rating with better communication."
"I purchased a Samsung TV (65 inch) on Cyber Monday. The price and offer was outstanding considering the free delivery and tax rate. I was surprised when I received an email stating they needed additional information and to call their customer service. There was an additional fee to insure the TV due to size. When I expressed concern to my sales rep (Joe) he offered to cover this fee for me. I was very surprised when he said he would have a confirmation and tracking number out to me by end of day. I was prepared to buy locally but Joe stepped up to the plate and waived the fee!! I was on the phone for less than 2 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!! "

Ordered a Samsung 60" UN60F7500 on 11-29-13 and the process went great from start to finish.
I don't understand why there are other complaints on resellerratings.com about the freight insurance that they charge on the tv's. When I called bigboxsuperstore to see if they had this unit in stock, the Saleswoman that I spoke to at BigBoxsuperstore on the phone confirmed upfront to me that there would would be somewhere between an 8% to %12 Freight Insurance fee. The freight insurance fee ended up being just under 10% @ $182.98, so absolutely no surprise there. Another rep from bigboxsuperstore called me two days after I ordered to confirm the order and freight insurance amount. The TV was 1689.99 for a grand total of 1872.97 after freight insurance (by the way, no tax charges!). I checked at Best Buy and the same unit is $2299 before tax! Plus I got an extra two-year warranty from Bigboxsuperstore as a promotion they had on Black Friday. So my total savings was over $425 and that is even before the free 2 years of extended warranty.
I ordered the TV on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday via Fed Ex (I am in the Cleveland Oh area). The fed ex driver helped me bring it in the house and waited for me to take it out of the box to make sure it turned on. Overall great experience and will buy from this company again. "

"Bigboxsuperstore.com price was the best at the time for 65 inch Samsung 8000 series. The people I talked were very professional. But when the TV was delivered I noted the box was damaged at one spot and mentioned to the delivery staff. They said it has lot of foam package and that would not do any damage to the TV. Next day after I opened the box, front right top corner metal lining was damaged and bent.
The right hand corner pixels never turned on and there was no picture on the tv screen when hooked up first time during Christmas. Called & talked to Eric in customer service. He arranged for a new TV exchange without any problems. The TV was delivered exactly the way I wanted. Very impressed and happy for the kind of customer service they provided. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted to buy a big screen smart tv for far lower price than local stores."
