VIP Services is definitely VIP

"I have shopped and sold with Rebag in the past and have had overall good experiences. I was lucky to get connected to Mayara and have worked lightly with her in the past with once again and overall good experience. Though her help today made the good experience and fantastic one as she went above in beyond in coordinating to get my fine jewelry piece expedited to greatly help me! She was fast at responding and worked with her team to get me exactly what I wanted! This is how you do VIP service! I will definitely work with her and Rebag in the future. "

Bad Experience

"I believe the customer service needs improvement. They don’t answer the phone, and when they do, the representative seems more interested in promoting an upcoming sale in October rather than addressing the reason for the call. Additionally, they don’t respond to emails in a timely manner, which is why I’ve decided to cancel my order. I no longer wish to do business with a company that provides poor customer service."

First timer

"This was my first time selling to rebag since I usually use FASHIONPHILE or Vestiaire for my designer sales and I will comment that the turn around time from submitted an item, waiting on a quote and then you accepting it and me getting paid is a bit lengthy. It was about a 3-4 week turn around. With FASHIONPHILE from submission to pay day it’s usually around 2 weeks. This is my 2nd submission with the leather backpack and I’m really hoping it doesn’t take that long and I don’t need to constantly be messaging people on the chat for answers on the status of my submission. "

"So this review isn’t for the bag, but it’s for the employee Danielle who really helped me out. Rebag had some odd setting on my purchase due to it being a high priced item which meant it could ONLY be signed for by me and FedEx or be returned to sender. I was getting absolutely no help from the main customer service line or FedEx so I found a number for the Arcadia office and Danielle went above and beyond to bypass the glitch and even call me back at prearranged times to check on things. So thankful she was able to help when the main headquarters wouldn’t! I’m a happy customer now!"

Amazing Customer Service

"I have bought some great items from Rebag during my time as a customer. I had an issue with a discount not processing as I thought it should. After speaking with customer service, I received a call from the manager, Brandol. He issued my a credit for the difference right on the spot. Great customer service from both representatives. I remain a very happy Rebag customer (and purse addict)!"

Overall Rebag is still my first choice for consigning -

"I feel they are a little slower than in previous years (perhaps due to increased volume), but I was able to get a fair price for my used Louis Vuitton, and the offer was better than other similar Resalers (Fashionphile, Glow). They will continue to be my go-to when I have an item from my collection that I'm considering selling. "

ReBAG is a SCAM

"ReBag low-balled their offer after receiving my bag, which is apparently a frequent business tactic. ReBag then took their time sending the bag back, saying 10+ working days was standard. When I insisted ReBag send it back using signature-required shipping and insurance, they flatly refused. ReBag just threw my $5,600 bag into a box and shipped it off, like it was crap from a yard sale. It's now in transit. If it gets lost, ReBag says they're NOT liable and so...I may be out several thousands of dollars. Nice.

Avoid ReBag like it's the COVID strain from 2020.
