"Ordered Lexar media 12/08/2004 for $99.99 with a $30.00 rebate. Rebate was supposed to take two months. It is now 6/25/05 and I am still waiting!! Most of my emails are not answered. A few emails were rudely answered. The redzuco rep keeps telling me I will get my rebate. Yea, checks in the mail....what BS. Worst company I EVER dealt with in my life!!!"

My only complaint is that the advertised Rebate had to cutoffs for submission. In the first line of small print, it says "Requests must be postmarked by 6/25/05." As this date approached, I dusted off the Rebate form and prepared to submit my proof of purchase, etc. Then I realized that a second cutoff was buried in the middle of the small print. It says "Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of purchase date." I missed this date by a mile, and I am disappointed.
I would feel better if someone could explain to me why I must submit my claim within 4 weeks of purchase, but REDZUCO tells me to "Allow 8 weeks for processing your rebate," or tells me that "Rebate checks will be mailed in 6-8 weeks.
I'm the customer and I get 4 weeks, while you get 8. I guess I'm just bummed out not to get the rebate. It's no big deal. I'll get over it."

1) Order status and shipment status of the product needs to improve. On the order confirmation email, it did not state whether both products were on stock and when it was shipping. Also tell te customer the estimated date of arrival based from method of shipment.
2) No 800 number
There are times when customers just need to get hold of someone to tell them some details regarding their order. An auto email gives a standard reply and does not react to the urgency requirements of the customer's need to get order status.
3) Better/user friendlier website
