"The website, product and service are all good, but despite that I am not well pleased. My only complaint, but it is definitive for me, is that contrary to the statements at the beginning of the checkout process, I was not permitted by Paypal to make the payment on the credit card. Paypal required me to either authorize them to take money from my bank account or not buy the product. The bank protection of debit card fraud is a joke - "we will pay you back if you catch us but any checks that bounce re your fault for not having enough money to cover you checks plus any theft" - but there is not even a pretense of protection for direct withdrawal fraud. I would not have initited the purchase except for the assurance that I could get through Paypal then pay with the credit card (where I have some reasonable fraud protection.)"

"I Purchased Microsoft Publisher and received it in a very timely maner. There was nothing complicated about placing the order and would without hesitation order something again.
The only request I have is that with my purchase I received a free download program called "Post It". Spyware got to my Computer and I lost everything. I did not have a back up for this Program and do wish I could get another copy.
