"The only good thing about this entire transaction was the price. A rebate was offered to lower the final price. I should have know that this was a bad deal from the start.
To start with, the website was not workingp properly, so I had to purchase it through Ebay. Then, the order did not ship when promised. Actually, it did not ship anywhere near when promised. Then I could not get anyone to respond to my concerns. Finally, I had pretty much written off any rebate coming from these people, but it eventually did come.
To do business with these people would be taking a great risk. Before you do, please review their Ebay seller rating. Read the comments from previous transactions. Save yourself a headache and deal with someone with a better reputation."

"After paying I received the product in a timely manner. When it came to receiving my rebate check, however, Redzuco was not that efficient. They claimed to have never received my rebate information which I mailed to them exactly as they had instructed. O.K., maybe it got lost in the mail. Luckily, I kept all of the paper work which I then submitted to them by fax. After Redzuco received my newly submitted paper work I wanted to stay on top of them to make sure I was issued my check. "The item took over 2 weeks from date of payment (7/3/04) to ship to me. There was a rebate offered with purchase, which I submitted promptly 7/04. In November 2004 I was still writing them asking about the status of my rebate, which they clained to have lost, then found on Sept 16, then they promised a speedy rebate, then I had to continue to spend months inquiring about the status (at one point they asked me how much the rebate was for!). I still have most of the emails from the transaction. I believe if I hadn't continued to email them for 4+ months after the purchase, I would never have gotten the rebate (It came through Nov or Dec 2004). Redzuco is either horribly inept or deliberately fraudulent. They recently emailed me nearly a yr after this debacle, saying "Your rebate is processed!," & asking for feedback, since they said that all of the negative feedback they received was from "competitors." I am not a competitor, just an individual consumer, and I would not recommend doing business with Redzuco."

The only email replies I receive from them are the auto replies saying that they will answer my email but they never did answer any of my email.
If they promised these rebates but do not honor them, is this not illegal? Is there anything that we can do?

Still nothing after 5 months and they will not even answer my emails. This company is obviously scamming people by advertising rebates that they will not honor! I will never buy from them again.

Still nothing after too long. I can now safely say that redzuco is a rebate scammer. They should be sued with a class action suit."
"I paid for Express Shipping for an Item that was listed as "In-Stock" and did not receive my order for 8 days. I am highly UN-SATISFIED and feel Extremely Cheated for the extra cost for the Shipping and the service (Lack Of) that was provided!"
"The product was exactly what was advertised with no hidden costs, and no requirement to submit for a rebate. The cost was based on the "teachers edition" pricing which applies to homeschoolers as well as traditional schools. I received an unused, licensed, full version of the software at an unbeatable price. I also received notification of sale and shipping by e-mail with the product following in a couple days. Purchase to receipt - two weeks. I would not hesitate to use Redzucco for future purchases."
