"Wonderful transaction!
Great response!!!
Will buy again!!!"
"Redzuco is a total fraud of an online vendor. They do not respond to emails, even for order cancellation. They take entirely too long to ship orders. And, they charged me for upgraded shipping and took their sweet time bringing the order to the post office before sending it first class mail instead of UPS or Fedex as it was supposed to be sent.
I've never had a more unprofessional experience online. Do not order from them. This is the perfect example of the type of vendor that smears the name of good online vendors."
"I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
I REVIEWED MY ORDER AND NO WHERE DOES IT MENTION THE ACADEMIC VERSION. I BOUGHT THIS SOFTWARE FOR MY WORK BUT CAN NOT USE IT LEGALLY ON MY WORK COMPUTER.
I AM CURIOUS IF YOU WOULD EVER DESIRE TO WORK WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.
MAPPOINT 2004 (FULL VERSION BUSINESS)"
"I purchased professional business software from this company. The product was delivered as adversised and on time. The pricing was the most competitive that I found at the time of purchase. I am completely satisfied with the company, and I will buy from the company in the future."
"wonderful, but:
If you're going to to the trouble to send me a request for evaluation, which includes lots of specifics about the recent order, why not include on that email all the information needed to fill our your form... e.g. invoice number. Don't make it hard for me to help you with your project."
"Dont buy from redzuco. They take a long time for rebates. As a matter of fact i had submitted rebates in novemeber for two ea sports games. I had to send out many emails for getting the rebates. I still havent received the second rebate and thier customer service is very slow. it takes then 1-2 weeks just to reply to your email"
"Name brand product, good price, rebate paid as advertised. Would definitely do business with again."
"Horrible Customer service. Beat me out of Rebate. Anita Harvin was less than helpful and all your negative feedback was justified. Ebay finally suspended your acct. Too bad you robbed all those honest bidders of their hard earned money. You give us honest sellers a bad rap..."
"I purchased an MP3 player from Redzuco based upon the $40 rebate they offered. I received the player in a timely manner. After 8 1/2 months of requests to Redzuco and appeals to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, American Express, and Paypal, I finally received my rebate."
"Delivered product as advertized. Works well on my systems."
"I purchased the iRiver IFP-790 (red, oh yah) as a gift for my fiancee. The product was advertised with a 40 dollar REDZUCO rebate. All-in-all, great product and shipped on-time from REDZUCO without any hassles. This was purchased in late June, 2004.
Today, mid-May, 2005, I received an e-mail from REDZUCO's bCentral account asking for feedback. It's fair to say REDZUCO came through on this purchase, but the rebate fulfillment wasn't very proactive on their end.
Per the e-mail I received today:
As you know, our customer care specialists stepped up to the plate to get your rebate processed.
This is not true. I keep extremely detailed records of my rebate requirements including dates, etc, until the rebate is processed and I actually receive it (then I throw it away to the landfills like a Good American). When I didn't receive the rebate in the timeframe as indicated on the rebate form, I sent an e-mail to the customer service. When I didn't receive sufficient communication (that beyond the dead mail "we'll get back to you in 1 to 2 business days") I called REDZUCO and asked about my rebate. A very nice woman answered the phone and collected my information, agreeing to ensure my rebate was on its way.
And she was honest; the rebate arrived in another week and I cashed that sucka. This rebate constituted appx. 22% of the product price. I covered my own behind by keeping photocopies of all requests knowing rebates are often given little priority even by large companies.
I was happy with REDZUCO but was annoyed by their e-mail bravado. I received my rebate because I showed serious intent to see my rebate received. Once I got ahold of a real person, they followed through with their side of the bargain.
YMMV. Beware of rebates. They are the dark gimp of technology purchases. "
"Only after filing complaint to Better Business Bureau was rebate received. I am convinced rebate would not have been mailed if I had not filed complaint."
"I purchased a Garmin eTrex Legend C from Redzuco via E-bay and PayPal. Their E-bay ad promised a $60 rebate within ~5 weeks. Shipping was overpriced ($24.95) and even though I paid $5 extra for priority shipping ($29.95 total shipping) product was shipped std UPS and arrived ~8 days after payment. I promptly sent Redzuo the rebate info and waited ~6 weeks - no rebate. I sent an E-mail to customer service specifying I would leave negative feedback at E-bay if I did not receive the rebate. About a week later, I received an E-mail reply reminding me rebates takes 5 weeks. I replied I had waited almost 7 weeks and that if I did not receive my rebate within a week I was leaving negative feedback. Approximately 3 days later I received the rebate check. Conclusion: I will avoid ordering from Redzuco again."
"This order was filled in an acceptable amount of time. The rebate, on the other hand, was nowhere near acceptable. The requirements were not specific in listing the exact barcode required for submission as there were several on the box. Beginning on September 9th, a full 3 months after purchase, I began inquiring about the rebate status. After 4 emails about the rebate, it finally arrived in mid-November. It took approximately 4 months to get a rebate from this seller. And each email was, we will check on the status for you and never an answer after that. Highly unacceptable!!"
"This number is the e-bay action number and item.
***-***-**** NEW CANON S410 4.0 MEGAPIXEL DIGITAL CAMERA RETAIL
The Pay Pal transaction ID # 62D41016EU567991C. I no longer have the invoice number, as the item was purchased and sent to me on 9-04. My e-mail address is ****@**** if you have any questions.
I will never purchase from Redzuco again. The whole experience can be best described as awful. Trying to get a rebate from them was like pulling teeth. I was lucky enough to keep copies of all of the information I sent to them. I re-sent three times, called at least a dozen times, and e-mailed twice that many. They have a 90 day wait to receive your rebate check. When you call within that window you are told the check is in the mail. 90 days is also the expiration for feedback on e-bay. So after 90 days, when the runaround really begins, it is too late to leave negative feedback on e-bay. I suspect their feedback would be substantially lower than 94% if they did not have this safety device in place. I finally received my rebate check after six months of run around from the company. I pray no one will ever purchase from you again.
