"The hitch from RIGID was the correct hitch. The carriage bolts for the bumper and bottom of the frame rail were perfect. The 4-M12x1.75 x 40mm hex bolts would not fit the nuts welded inside the frame rail. This required standard SAE 1/2 inch x 13 thread per inch bolts. We tried to use what was supplied and spent 2 hours plus. Ended up taking it to my mechanic where he put it on a lift and put in the 1/2 inch bolts. Total expense above and beyond the hitch 4 x $ .95 and $34.45 labor. Total $38.45 because of your mistake. I feel I should be reimbursed because of your incorrect bolt application. Everything else went great especially the use of the fish wires. I commend you on that aspect."
