"The first item I purchased was a weed eater plastic cover. The picture wasn't clear if I was purchasing correct cover. I ordered it anyway, check out was a breeze and item was security packed and arrived on time. I did not like the price of this plastic cover and I think shipping is high for USPS. I would have expected that shipping amount if shopped by UPS.
Then I ordered spark plugs, they worked very well. Once again shipping is too high! I will only be using this company for hard to find or replacement parts."

" The parts purchased so far have been great and kept me moving along. The only issue I have is with the shipping cost not being calculated properly with each item. The warehouse has been in buisness for sometime yet they dont already have the system in place that will calculate proper costs in relation to the zip code provided.
I received a call several days after purchasing a new deck for my 33" walk behind wide area mower and the gentleman stated I would have to pay additional cost for shipping after I had already paid what the system in place showed. He said it would be $50 to $60 more after a long discussion and me stating my opinions about the additional cost it came down to me giving in and allowing access to my card in order to get my part. However the final additional charge was about $17 making the shipping cost around $30 total due to the weight. Which I believe was only that cheap so that I would shut up.
If the true shipping cost would have been up front it would have been fine with me since the overall price including additional shipping cost was still a little cheaper than from the dealership. And I would have given the full 5 stars. "

"All parts were exactly the ones I ordered. Shipping was fast and reasonable. I normally prefer to order from a local supplier but I have found RCPW to be more convenient. The local supplier doesn't carry the inventory that they used to and after repeated lost orders/errors by counter staff it is just easier to look up the parts myself on RCPW and place the order."

"I was planning to buy two Ego units from Home Depot and decided to look around for a better deal first. One was only a couple buck cheaper but the other was about $40 less. Had them at my front door in a couple days with free shipping. I can’t see any downside. Great company. "
