"Ordered parts for my Echo Pas cultivator. That same day the contacted me via Email and informed me that some of my parts were on backorder. They said it would be 2-3 weeks and I would be notified when it did ship. They gave me the options to cancel , ship what they had now and back ordered parts later or wait and ship everything when all parts were available. I decided to just wait until all parts were available. 2 weeks later I received Email that order has shipped. 2 days later I received everything in good condition!! Great Service!! I will be using RCPW again for all my power equipment parts and highly recommend you do also. "

"One of the two parts I ordered was not in stock, I was notified by email the next day, and given the option of waiting (about two weeks) or cancelling the order, and that the order was being "held" awaiting my response.

I chose to cancel (and received a confirmation of the cancellation), and a few days later, on checking my credit card activity, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did not charge (and then refund) the amount for the cancelled order, as they has held the order while waiting on my response to the out of stock email.
