"Before I actually ordered the part, I called customer service and was greeted by a nice young lady who directed my call to the right department. After a few rings, a nice gentleman answered the phone I and gave him the model and serial number of my blower to make sure that the part that I was about to order was the right one. Not only did the nice gentleman on the phone reassure me that I was getting the right part, he also checked to see if he had any in stock before I placed my order online.
