"Before I actually ordered the part, I called customer service and was greeted by a nice young lady who directed my call to the right department. After a few rings, a nice gentleman answered the phone I and gave him the model and serial number of my blower to make sure that the part that I was about to order was the right one. Not only did the nice gentleman on the phone reassure me that I was getting the right part, he also checked to see if he had any in stock before I placed my order online. Both people who assisted me over the phone were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. It's not easy finding good customer service these days, but my faith has now been restored. Thank you!!"
