"I was looking for a particular part and the original manufacturer did not have it so when I discovered replacement parts warehouse they delivered."

"The gear provided was accurate and what was requested, however, there was NO way to service this gear on the wheel assembly. Why sell a part that can't be serviced by customers?? The gear is not removable from the wheel assembly. Even when we took it into a dealer, they had no way to remove and reinstall the gear to the wheel. The gear should not be sold as a serviceable component. Didn't return because of low price-wasn't worth the time/effort.

Updated my review to 4-star based on prompt feedback from the selling team. That was much appreciated, and I agree that the manufacturer should be the one to explain the parts serviceability more accurately to its customers."
