I took a look into this issue for you to see what happened here and it looks like the S.A.M. aftermarket plow oil is stored next to the OEM Sno-Way plow oil that you ordered and the shipping representative who packaged this order accidentally grabbed the incorrect item when preparing your order. We have shipped out the correct OEM Sno-Way oil today for you to ensure that you receive the correct parts from your order and apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We don’t swap aftermarket parts for OEM parts without the customers consent. The only time this type of a swap occurs is when there is a sourcing issue for the OEM parts and the customer has approved the swap, after being notified of the issue, to expedite their order lead time. We had a brief meeting with the shipping representative who packaged this order to make sure they were aware of the error and to be aware that they need to watch part numbers more closely when preparing orders to ensure the correct parts get to the correct customer every time.
