"I ordered a battery over the weekend and recieved it on Monday. Shipping was super fast. The battery arrived discharged, which makes me concenred about how lang it will last. My understanding is that the Li batteries need to stay charged. It did charge up and started my bike, so that was good. Hope it lasts. I tried contacting customer service via email, but my email was blocked. I could have called, but I didn't. 5 stars for fast shipping - 1 star for uncharged item.

"I do not think customers should be charged a fee to return something when they have all good and intentions of keeping the item(s). Clothing items are hard to guess a correct size since two exact same size but different manufacturerer makes them slightly different. That slight difference makes it uncomfortable enough to return"
