"I ordered brake pads that stated they were in stock after a week they didn’t show up I chatted online with a rep and even built my bike again and made sure their website stated they were in stock and would ship in 1-2 days their rep was rude and seemed very unqualified for that job obviously they probably outsourced their online chats! Long story short I finally canceled got refunded and now ONLY now days later their website states they ship in a few week or 1-2 weeks but their website changed right after I had to contact my bank to get refunded by these con artists! Very poor customer service and horribly unprofessional chat people..I’ll never shop here again! Btw I found my brake pads on eBay brand new with 2 bags not 1 for $25 delivered!!!!!!! These crooks are charging $79 for 1 bag lol! This place is a joke!"

"I received my $1300 Akrapovic exhaust with the end of the box ripped open. I started my install and found my collector tube that connects to the headers was dented in. I was able to bend it out and make it work. I get to the step of installing the muffler clamp to the rear peg mount and its nowhere to be found. This w was not a part they could just send to me (although customer service tried to locate one, they couldn't). Through some back and forth with Revzilla, I ended up ordering another kit so they could ship it to me and I could remove the clamp and send the kit back.
Maybe FedEx should be a little more careful with their customers orders.
Besides having to wait 2 weeks for my clamp, i love the exhaust and highly recommend it."
"I've made several purchases from Revzilla, Cycle Gear and JP Cycles. Ordered a Schuberth helmet neck pad, from Revzilla, in an incorrect size, due to confusing webpage. Received the order that had apparently been previously opened, with worn packaging, and thought I may have received a used product. Opened the packaging and saw that the produce was as new, but too large so I initiated a return. The associate questioned me on the condition of the packaging. I answered the questions, as there was previous wear to the packaging, and asked for an exchange. I then received multiple emails asking for photographs of the packaging before an exchange could be arranged. So a poorly designed webpage contributed to my ordering an incorrectly sized product. I received the product which was shipped in worn and obviously used packaging. Revzilla requested photos of the packaging, multiple times, before they would authorize an exchange. Not worth the hassle for a $40 product. It's possible that I may make future purchases from Revzilla and associated companies, but it will only be if there are no other options available from other companies."

"As always, Revzilla was fast and communication was great. These pants fit me really well. I'm tall and thin (6'4", 180 lbs) and it's had to find gear that fits well. I usually wear 34 x 34 and that's what I ordered with these and they fit true to size. They're almost like skinny jeans in that they're pretty snug, but that's a good thing because then the armor doesn't float around; you want the armor in place. The armor is light duty, but still much better than nothing. The jeans are reinforced where it matters. I wore them on sweltering hot days in New Jersey (around 90F) and they were as comfortable as jeans could be. Great product."

"My order to Canada was rerouted prior to making it into the country and was returned to seller (you guys), presumably due to a mistake in the customs declaration. While this was disappointing, I understand mistakes happen, so I just reached out to CS to see if they could help. I had specifically ordered from Revzilla as you were the only retailer with the Teak Klim Switchbacks still in (limited) stock, and I ordered one of the last pairs in my size. My frustration came upon learning that there was no way to resend my original order with the customs errors resolved, and that my only option was to reorder. As the pants are now out of stock, that means both a) waiting for my initial order to flow through the whole restocking process to show back up on the site, and b) competing against all other buyers to try and rebuy the same pair I had purchased 2 weeks ago. So not only is this a lengthy process, there is little guarantee that I will actually be successful in reordering. I would have much preferred my original order to be honored, especially with the limited quantity available, even if it did still take longer, but instead it feels like I've been left out to dry due to no fault of my own."
