As a new rider, I found all of the information, video overviews, and customer reviews on RevZilla's website helpful, but I did hit some snags once my first order arrived--fit/comfort issues with some of the apparel. RevZilla had great customer service when I panicked about part of my return and also helped from the very beginning of my order by providing assistance with my new customer promo code. Most of my shipments (there have been many as I try on new gear and get the right fit!) have arrived next day even though I used the free shipping option. "I ordered a $300 clearance helmet and $70 bike tire. The tire arrived fine, I have no concern with it. The helmet package arrived with no visible damage. I opened the box and there was another box that also did not look to be damaged. When I removed that box from the shipping box, I could hear something rattle around in it. I opened that box and upon removing the helmet from it's cloth sack, a piece of the helmet's molding with a screw fell out. This screw looks to hold the bottom collar of the helmet in place as the left side of the helmet's collar was no longer attached to the helmet. I called RevZilla but "due to unusually high call volume..." I hung up after 20 minutes of waiting, filled the online return form out, printed it and found it was going to cost me $10 to return a helmet that was sent to me broken. This is very poor customer service and I will not be buying from RevZilla again."
