"I ordered two items about a week apart, a jacket and gloves. The jacket label was apparently to bungled that USPS decided it was "undeliverable" and returned it to sender (RevZilla). I called they're customer support right after I saw this status; after almost 30 min wait I was connected to someone whom I was unable to convince the package was being returned! He assured me that despite all indications to the contrary, these were all false red flags that frequently misled people and my package was almost certainly waiting for me at my door step. It wasn't. To their credit, the next day when they confirmed it was on its way back to them they sent another Ups next day. Next there was the gloves. I ordered a large and when they arrived I discovered I'd been sent.....a 4XL. The order info and packing slip both had large on them, and checking availability all sizes were still in stock with the sole exception....of size 4XL. That's right, the one size that showed as out of stock was the size they accidentally sent me. Seeing as how the package arrived on April 1st the thought inevitably crossed my mind that this was somehow all an April Fool's prank. I ended up calling and sending pics and this time they gave me 10$ Zilla cash....but not the Ups Next Day delivery. Honestly I would have really appreciated that more than anything, because now I have to wait till the end of next week for these waterproof gloves, and between now and then the forecast calls for rain. And now I think going forward I'll probably just buy from the local dealership/moto gear store despite the mark up price, the extra 10ish % being worth the stress avoidance alone."
"Bought two helmets one did not fit exchanged it and it was easy and prompt. when we received the new helmet was missing a clip they had us return the whole helmet and sent a new one all within a week. Awesome customer service loves this company"
"I have been looking for a new helmet this spring and it’s no easy task for me. I selected the helmet from RevZilla based on selection and customer reviews.
When I received the helmet it was defective. I contacted Revziila and they issued a shipping label and sent out a replacement in less than a week!
