"What a great site to order parts. Great parts selection and price is fantastic. Easy to look up and find parts you need and shipping links are a nice extra. I did not have to use customer service this order but on a previous order they were very helpful and took care of my issue no problem. I highly recommend rock auto to all my friends and family. The only flaw and its really not a flaw is when you order you have to check where each part is shipped from as shipping charges change, like if you order a 3.00 dollar gasket and it comes from a different location it might add 10.00 dollars shipping. The site tells you this for all parts if it ships from the same place as other parts. What I do is select a different part or if i have a larger order i try to split it up into 2 or three orders that ship from the same place and use discount code to help otherwise just a great site to use "
